背景技术
目前，使用的蒸汽脱水器被广泛的使用，但是由于结构设计的不合理，筒体内的设备容易损害，但是由于顶盖打不开，对于损坏设备的更换造成了一定的困难，为图方便省事，会整套设备的更换，浪费的资源，而且一般的蒸汽脱水器的排水阀都是自动的，当排水大堵掉的时候不能及时的排水，也给设备造成伤害。
因此，急需一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种顶盖能打开，自动排水阀不会堵塞的蒸汽脱水器。

一种蒸汽脱水器，包括筒体、外壳、蒸汽进口、压力表A，所述筒体设于外壳内部，所述筒体一侧下部设有蒸汽进口，所述蒸汽进口上设有压力表A，所述筒体内部设有丝网盘块，所述丝网盘块下面设有异径管，所述异径管下面设有波纹板，所述筒体上设有顶盖，所述顶盖通过活动螺栓与筒体连接，所述顶盖上设有蒸汽出口，所述顶盖上设有安全阀和压力表B，所述筒体底部通过粗管道与自动排水阀连接，所述自动排水阀上设有手阀，所述自动排水阀与通过细管道与液位计连接，所述液位计通过细管道与筒体连接。
所述筒体下面设有撑脚。
本实用新型的优点是：顶盖通过活动螺栓能够打开，利于更换筒体内损坏的设备；自动排水阀上设有手阀，能在自动排水阀失灵的情况下打开排水阀，及时把筒体内的水排掉，不会对设备造成损坏。

如图1所示，本实用新型的一种蒸汽脱水器，包括筒体1、外壳2、蒸汽进口3、压力表A4，筒体1设于外壳2内部，筒体1一侧下部设有蒸汽进口3，蒸汽进口3上设有压力表A4，筒体1内部设有丝网盘块5，丝网盘块5下面设有异径管6，异径管6下面设有波纹板7，筒体1上设有顶盖8，顶盖8通过活动螺栓9与筒体1连接，顶盖8上设有蒸汽出口10，顶盖8上设有安全阀11和压力表B12，筒体1底部通过粗管道13与自动排水阀14连接，自动排水阀14上设有手阀15，自动排水阀14与通过细管道16与液位计17连接，液位计17通过细管道16与筒体1连接，筒体1下面设有撑脚18。
本实用新型一种蒸汽脱水器中，顶盖8通过活动螺栓9能够打开，利于更换筒体1内损坏的设备；自动排水阀14上设有手阀15，能在自动排水阀14失灵的情况下打开排水阀，及时把筒体1内的水排掉，不会对设备造成损坏。
