背景技术
油罐排水阻油器是利用油品与水的密度不同,对浮球产生的浮力差带动杠杆机构运动,从而控制内置排水阻油阀的开启和关闭,达到排水及阻油的目的。但目前市面上的油罐排水阻油器在排水同时,少量的油会随着水排出,造成资源的浪费,环境的污染。

为了克服上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种排水阻油器。 
具体技术方案如下: 
排水阻油器,包括浮筒、进液口、排水口、排水阻油阀,其特征在于,所述排水阻油阀采用双阀结构。 
本实用新型的排水阻油器采用双阀结构以抵消油罐高液位对排水阻油器产生的静压力。排水阻油器采用高位水封,当阀门关闭时,排水阻油器内尚保留一定的水位,能确保排水过程中,油不会随水排出。

排水阻油器,包括浮筒4、进液口1、排水口3、排水阻油阀2,其特征在于,所述排水阻油阀2采用双阀结构。 
初始状态:因密度不同,排水阻油器内的水将压回油罐。 
排水状态:排水阻油器内水达到一定高度,浮筒上升打开阀门排水。 
静止状态:当油罐内水排尽,排水阻油器内水位下降浮筒随之下降关闭阀门,排水阻油器内仍保留罐高2/3水位,形成高位水封。
