本实用新型公开了一种三级料斗仓,该三级料斗仓包括:一级料斗仓、二级料斗仓、三级料斗仓和物料观察口及物料疏松口;每两级料斗仓接触平台上设置物料观察口及物料疏松口,可方便观察物料或在物料堵塞时方便及时将物料堵塞疏松;三级料斗仓将物料与仓壁接触面积分散,有效防止物料在仓内部挤压造成的物料堵塞,以减少不必要的事故发生概率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及物料储存装置,尤其适用于火力发电厂、化工、矿山、冶金等行业的工业粉状、颗粒状物料的储存。 
背景技术
现有工业用料斗仓如图1、2、3所示,有方锥形料斗仓、圆锥形料斗仓、双曲线形料斗仓及其他不规则形状料斗仓,料斗仓材质大都是水泥、钢、水泥钢混合式结构,其结构形状基本相同,上部呈方形、圆柱形,下部呈方锥,圆锥及双曲线形,上口大,下口小,上口进料,下口排放料,物料自上而下靠自重下落,下落的物料由于在锥形容器内流动,故愈向下流动,截面积愈小,对物料本身就形成挤压,增大了磨擦系数,容易造成堵塞。 
实用新型内容
为克服现有料斗仓因斜面大而增大物料的摩擦系数,容易堵塞的不足,本实用新型提供一种三级料斗仓,该三级料斗仓能够减少物料与仓内壁摩擦系数,减少仓内物料堵塞的问题。 
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:以三级料斗仓取代现有料斗仓结构,将料斗仓分为三级,即保证料斗仓容积又能减少物料在料斗仓内部的接触面积,减少物料与料斗仓内壁的摩擦系数和受压压力,从而达到解决物料在料斗仓内堵塞问题。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,三级料斗仓作为储存及输送物料的主要仓储部件,分散了物料与仓壁的接触面积和压力,从而减小因物料堆积、挤压形成的堵塞问题。

具体实施方式
如图4所示,在保证料斗仓容积的前提下,将料斗仓分为三级,分别为一级料斗仓(4)、二级料斗仓(5)、三级料斗仓(6),并在每两级料斗仓接触面平台处设置物料观察口及物料疏松口(7)。将一级料斗仓(4)在保证圆心垂直的情况下与二级料斗仓(5)在接触面上焊接,同理二级料斗仓(5)与三级料斗仓(6)连接方法一致,并在每两级料斗仓接触平台上设置物料观察口及物料疏松口(7),可方便观察物料或在物料堵塞时方便及时将物料堵塞疏松。三级料斗仓将物料与仓壁接触面积分散,有效防止物料在仓内部挤压造成的物料堵塞,以减少不必要的事故发生概率。 

Claims (2)

1.一种三级料斗仓,其特征是由一级料斗仓(4)、二级料斗仓(5)、三级料斗仓(6)和物料观察口及物料疏松口(7)组成,由上至下逐级对接,对接方式采用焊接,三级料斗仓能够分散料斗仓内部物料与料斗仓内壁接触面积和压力,有效防止物料挤压造成的物料堵塞。
2.由权利要求1所规定的一种三级料斗仓,其特征在于一级料斗仓(4)和二级料斗仓(5)以及二级料斗仓(5)和三级料斗仓(6)之间的接触平台上设置物料观察口及物料疏松口(7),可方便观察物料或在物料堵塞时方便及时将物料堵塞疏松。
