Abstract
本实用新型公开一种油袋,包括外层袋、内层袋和袋口,外层袋设置在内层袋外部,袋口分别与外层袋和内层袋相连接,且外层袋是由表层和热封底层构成的复合结构。通过采用双层袋形,外层袋与内层袋之间能形成缓冲,且将外层袋设置为复合结构,能使其承载能力增强,对油袋内的食品油进行多重保护,而且采用此双层袋形还不占用堆放空间,重量轻可以节约运输成本;通过将外层袋的表层采用聚酰胺制成,可以增强外层袋的耐热、耐磨损能力,同时聚酰胺还具有一定的阻燃性,这样使外层袋在使用过程中更加安全可靠,对比现有技术,此油袋具有结构简单、堆放过程中不占空间,制造成本低,承载能力强,抗张强度高、不易撕裂及耐穿刺性强的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及塑料包装技术领域,尤其涉及一种油袋。
背景技术
现有的食品油包装一般采用塑料桶或者单层包装袋或者其它容器进行包装,采用塑料桶或者其它容器进行包装时,其本身的制造费用就比较高,然而塑料桶或者其它容器在运输时,由于其重量比一般袋子较重,而且其有一定的形状,在堆放时很占空间,这样就会增加运输成本,而且塑料桶或者其它容器在运输或搬运过程中,如果发生碰撞,极易引起变形,从而导致其内盛装的食品油溢出,不仅浪费,还容易滋生细菌,而如果采用单层包装袋进行包装,虽然解决了塑料桶或者其它容器占用空间和增加运输成本的问题,但是单层包装袋承压能力很低,受碰撞挤压后容易造成破袋,这样也会导致其内盛装的食品油漏出。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种油袋,其具有结构简单、堆放过程中不占空间,制造成本低,承载能力强,抗张强度高、不易撕裂及耐穿刺性强的优点。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种油袋,包括外层袋、内层袋和袋口,所述外层袋设置在所述内层袋外部,所述袋口分别与所述外层袋和所述内层袋相连接,且所述外层袋是由表层和热封底层构成的复合结构,此处采用双层袋形,内层袋和外层袋之间能形成缓冲,且外层袋采用复合结构,增强了其承载能力,从而使油袋具有双重保险,对油袋内的食品油进行多重保护。
优选的,所述外层袋的表层可采用聚酰胺制成,所述外层袋的热封底层可采用聚乙烯制成。
优选的,所述内层袋采用聚乙烯制成。
所述外层袋的表层和热封底层通过胶粘剂粘接为一个整体,且此胶粘剂可优选用对聚乙烯薄膜湿润性好、粘附力强、固含量高、水溶性好、价格低廉且完全无毒的松香合成水溶性塑料薄膜胶粘剂。
本实用新型的有益效果为:通过采用双层袋形,外层袋与内层袋之间能形成缓冲,且将外层袋设置为复合结构,能使其承载能力增强,对油袋内的食品油进行多重保护,而且采用此双层袋形还不占用堆放空间,重量轻可以节约运输成本;通过将外层袋的表层采用聚酰胺制成,可以增强外层袋的耐热、耐磨损能力,同时聚酰胺还具有一定的阻燃性,这样使外层袋在使用过程中更加安全可靠,对比现有技术,此油袋具有结构简单、堆放过程中不占空间,制造成本低,承载能力强,抗张强度高、不易撕裂及耐穿刺性强的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1~2所示实施例中,本实用新型所述的油袋,包括外层袋1、内层袋3以及袋口2,其中外层袋1包裹在内层袋3的外部,袋口2分别与外层袋1和内层袋3相连接,其中外层袋1采用复合结构,内层袋2采用单层结构,通过采用双层袋形,外层袋1和内层袋3之间形成一定的缓冲,且外层袋1采用复合结构,增强了油袋的耐磨性和承载能力,同时此油袋还可以节约制造成本,堆放时也不占空间,且袋身抗挤压能力也特别强,不易被挤破,这样就能保证油袋内的食品油的安全性。
此实施例中外层袋1可采用两层复合结构,包括表层4和热封底层6,此处表层4采用聚酰胺制成,而热封底层6采用聚乙烯制成,内层袋3也采用聚乙烯制成。表层4采用聚酰胺制成,主要是因为聚酰胺(PA,俗称尼龙)具有良好的综合性能,包括力学性能、耐热性、耐磨损性、耐化学药品性和自润滑性,且摩擦系数低,有一定的阻燃性,易于加工,而且聚酰胺的品种繁多,有PA6、PA66、PA11、PA12、PA46、PA610、PA612、PA1010及PA6T等,可以符合不同的制造需要,而热封底层6和内层袋3均采用聚乙烯制成,是因为聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能(最低使用温度可达-70~-100℃),化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀(不耐具有氧化性质的酸),常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,且不发生溶胀,电绝缘性能优良,所以非常适合制作贴近食品油的内层袋3和外层袋1的热封底层6。
如图2所示,外层袋的表层和热封底层通过胶粘剂粘接为一个整体,这样外层袋1的表层4和热封底层6不易分层,且此胶粘剂可优选用对聚乙烯薄膜湿润性好、粘附力强、固含量高、水溶性好、价格低廉且完全无毒的松香合成水溶性塑料薄膜胶粘剂。
本实用新型的外层袋1的复合结构不限层数,可以根据承载能力的大小增加其复合结构的层数。

1.一种油袋,其特征在于,包括外层袋、内层袋和袋口,所述外层袋设置在所述内层袋外部,所述袋口分别与所述外层袋和所述内层袋相连接,且所述外层袋是由表层和热封底层构成的复合结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油袋,其特征在于,所述外层袋的表层采用聚酰胺制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油袋,其特征在于,所述外层袋的热封底层采用聚乙烯制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油袋,其特征在于,所述内层袋采用聚乙烯制成。
5.根据权利要求2或3任一所述的油袋,其特征在于,所述外层袋的表层和热封底层通过胶粘剂粘接为一个整体。
