本实用新型涉及一种减速机,具体地说是一种蜗轮蜗杆减速机,特别是涉及一种采用阿基米德螺旋线的蜗轮蜗杆减速机。 
背景技术
目前,在减速机特别是在蜗轮蜗杆减速机生产中,蜗杆材料一般选用45#、40Cr、42CrMo调质或淬火处理,其很难满足国外蜗轮减速器几何尺寸与功率变化的要求,其承载能力小。如果蜗杆材料选用38CrMoAIA调质、氮化处理,则制造成本高,而且此材料在负载重的情况下,蜗轮、蜗杆可能产生粘滞现象。 
ZCuSn10P1材料是以电解铜为原料以各种金属元素,经高温烧结,通过离心铸造加工而成。产品广泛用于纺织机械、注塑机械、矿山机械、工程机械、汽车工业等领域。 
20CrMnTi是渗碳钢,具有良好的加工性,加工变形微小,抗疲劳性能相当好,用于齿轮、轴类、活塞类零配件等及用于汽车、飞机各种特殊零件部位。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种承载能力大的蜗轮蜗杆减速机。 
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现其发明目的的,一种蜗轮蜗杆减速机,它包括蜗轮、蜗杆,所述的蜗轮为ZCuSn10P1材料制备而成,所述的蜗杆为20CrMnTi材料制备而成。 
本实用新型所述的蜗杆为圆柱蜗杆,圆柱蜗杆的端面齿廓为阿基米德螺旋线,其轴面齿廓为直线。 
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型较好的实现了发明目的,制备的减速机体积小、结构紧凑,工艺简单,成本低,传动效率高,承载能力大,与传统ZA型蜗轮蜗杆减速机比较,按输入功率11KW验算,承载能力提高30%,按输入功率13KW验算,承载能力提高11%。

由图1可知,一种蜗轮蜗杆减速机,它包括蜗轮1、蜗杆2,所述的蜗轮1为ZCuSn10P1材料制备而成,所述的蜗杆2为20CrMnTi材料制备而成。 
本实用新型所述的蜗杆2为圆柱蜗杆,圆柱蜗杆的端面齿廓为阿基米德螺旋线,其轴面齿廓为直线。 
本实用新型由于蜗轮1采用ZCuSn10P1材料制备而成,蜗杆2采用20CrMnTi材料制备而成,这样,蜗杆表面具有一定的硬度和刚度,而蜗杆轴芯部具有足够的韧性,蜗轮接触疲劳极限应力σHIim425N/㎜2,弯曲疲劳极限应力σFIim190N/㎜2。

1.一种蜗轮蜗杆减速机,它包括蜗轮(1)、蜗杆(2),其特征是所述的蜗轮(1)为ZCuSn10P1材料制备而成,所述的蜗杆(2)为20CrMnTi材料制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜗轮蜗杆减速机,其特征是所述的蜗杆(2)为圆柱蜗杆,圆柱蜗杆的端面齿廓为阿基米德螺旋线,其轴面齿廓为直线。
