本实用新型涉及一种高速切割用预变形金刚石线锯,包括基材和附着在基材上的金刚石,基材的表面凹凸不平。本实用新型由于表面凹凸不平,所以在切割过程中,线锯与被切材之间始终有足够的间隙,使切割废屑与冷却水有充分的容留空间,大大提升了容屑与冷却的效果,从而大大提高了切削效率。

本实用新型涉及一种高速切割用预变形金刚石线锯。 
背景技术
随着太阳能光伏用硅材料及LED蓝宝石基板的切割需要,使金刚石线锯的使用量大幅增长。目前,国内外的金刚石线锯几乎是全部采用光面圆柱形的切割钢丝为基材,而通常线锯用金刚石的颗粒直径在30-40微米左右,再除去20-25微米的镀镍层,就使得金刚石的外露高度很低,在15-20微米左右,所以在切割过程中就会使得切割线与被切割材牢牢贴合在一起,使排屑与冷却都不够充分,严重影响了切割效率。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有金刚石锯采用光面圆柱形的切割钢丝为基材而带来的问题,为人们提供一种高速切割用预变形金刚石线锯。 
本实用新型所述高速切割用预变形金刚石线锯包括基材和附着在基材上的金刚石基材的表面凹凸不平。基材表面的凹陷部可以是规则的圆形、方形或其他规则的几何形状,也可以是不规则的几何形状,凹陷部可以是均匀设置,从而形成连续的锯齿形、波浪形等,也可以是非均匀设置。 
本实用新型由于表面凹凸不平,所以在切割过程中,线锯与被切材之间始终有足够的间隙,使切割废屑与冷却水有充分的容留空间,大大提升了容屑与冷却的效果,从而大大提高了切削效率。以切割进给速度为例,在金刚石粒度相同的情况下,单股直线制作的金刚石线,其切割进给速度只有1.8-2.0m/min,而本实用新型的切割进给速度为2.4-2.6m/min之间。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型由基材1及附着在基材上金刚石(金刚石在附图中未示出)组成,金刚石采用电镀法等常规方法附着在基材1上。所述基材表面设有均匀的凹陷部2,凹陷部2为圆形凹坑,均匀的分布的基材1上。

1.一种高速切割用预变形金刚石线锯,包括基材和附着在基材上的金刚石,其特征在于基材的表面凹凸不平,基材表面的凹陷部是规则的圆形、方形或其他规则的几何形状,或不规则的几何形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的高速切割用预变形金刚石线锯,其特征在于基材表面的凹陷部均匀设置或非均匀设置。
