一种研磨机喷水机构,它包括在玻璃基板与研磨轮切线方向设置的喷嘴Ⅰ,在玻璃基板和研磨轮的侧方设置喷嘴Ⅱ,喷嘴Ⅱ的喷口朝向玻璃基板。采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,增加了侧面喷嘴Ⅱ,这样在研磨中侧面喷淋水喷射到玻璃基板与研磨轮接触的面上,通过研磨轮高速旋转将冷却水带入轮槽中,这样起到了很好的冷却效果。另外,为使用水量尽可能不增加,本实用新型适当减小了原来喷嘴Ⅰ喷口内径,内径大小较轮槽宽度稍大,这样喷水位置更容易对应,省下来的水分解到新增加的侧面喷淋机构上面。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种在液晶玻璃基板边沿倒角研磨过程中,降低玻璃基板与研磨轮之间温度的喷水机构。
背景技术
液晶玻璃基板边沿倒角研磨过程,是玻璃基板与高速旋转的金刚石研磨轮之间通过物理的化学的相互作用,使玻璃边沿外观尺寸达到一定品质要求的过程。与此同时会有大量的热量产生,需要添加冷却介质及时带走产生的热量及研磨掉的碎屑。由于玻璃基板与研磨轮接触几乎是点接触(轮槽宽度仅1mm,玻璃厚度0.5—0.7mm),因此在冷却水的压力、流量相同的情况下冷却水喷嘴的位置、方向设置非常关键。当前行业中冷却水喷嘴的设置最多的还是喷水方向沿研磨轮与玻璃基板接触点的切线方向。然而,单纯的这种设置生产中往往会出现很多问题:热量不能有效的及时带走,基板边沿发生烧边现象,比例占18%,同时,由于热量不能有效带走,研磨轮高温下作业,寿命也大大降低,生产成本也大大提高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种冷却效果好、研磨轮使用寿命长的研磨机喷水机构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
本实用新型包括在玻璃基板与研磨轮切线方向设置的喷嘴Ⅰ,在玻璃基板和研磨轮的侧方设置喷嘴Ⅱ,喷嘴Ⅱ的喷口朝向玻璃基板。
所述喷嘴Ⅰ的喷口口径与研磨轮的轮槽宽度相配合。
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,增加了侧面喷嘴Ⅱ,这样在研磨中侧面喷淋水喷射到玻璃基板与研磨轮接触的面上,通过研磨轮高速旋转将冷却水带入轮槽中,这样起到了很好的冷却效果。另外,为使用水量尽可能不增加,本实用新型适当减小了原来喷嘴Ⅰ喷口内径,内径大小较轮槽宽度稍大,这样喷水位置更容易对应,省下来的水分解到新增加的侧面喷淋机构上面。
喷水机构变更之后,边烧不良比例由18%下降到0.02%,研磨轮寿命提高14.28%,研磨过程中产生的碎屑也被研磨介质有效带出。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括在玻璃基板1与研磨轮2切线方向设置的喷嘴Ⅰ3,这个喷嘴Ⅰ3为原来设置的喷嘴。为起到更好地冷却效果,本实用新型在玻璃基板1和研磨轮2的侧方设置喷嘴Ⅱ4,喷嘴Ⅱ4的喷口朝向玻璃基板1。这样,当研磨轮2高速旋转时,可把喷嘴Ⅱ4喷出的冷却水带入研磨轮的轮槽中,有效降温。
另外,为节省用水量,喷嘴Ⅰ3的喷口口径与研磨轮的轮槽宽度相配合,即喷口口径大小较轮槽宽度稍大即可,这样喷水位置更容易对应,省下来的水分解到新增加的侧面喷淋机构上面。

1.一种研磨机喷水机构,它包括在玻璃基板(1)与研磨轮(2)切线方向设置的喷嘴Ⅰ(3),其特征在于:在玻璃基板(1)和研磨轮(2)的侧方设置喷嘴Ⅱ(4),喷嘴Ⅱ(4)的喷口朝向玻璃基板(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的研磨机喷水机构,其特征在于:所述喷嘴Ⅰ(3)的喷口口径与研磨轮的轮槽宽度相配合。
