本实用新型涉及一种冲压成型模具,特别涉及一种网罩冲压成型凸模。
背景技术:
在网罩冲压成型领域中,由于成型材料的复杂性和多样性,对于刚性成型受到限制的复杂成型件,对于成型模具的结构提出了较高的要求。现有的成型技术,是用钢性成型凸模和凹模对延展性较差的钢丝网进行成型,加工出的零件形状几乎全部出现局部扭曲,反弹现象,零件尺寸得不到保证,这种结构的缺点是:
1、产品质量难以保证,多表现为零件边缘易拉断,且废品率高。
2、生产成本高。
3、生产工步繁杂,一般为多道工序才能实现,几乎难以完成。
发明内容:
本实用新型通过采用砂子、布和橡胶板组成的阳模解决了零件成型过程中边缘易拉断以及零件变形的问题。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种网罩冲压成型凸模,由刚性砂粒、布和橡胶板组成,冲压成型时,用布包住刚性砂粒,再用橡胶板压住刚性砂粒作为凸模。
本实用新型实用性强,适用范围广,制作成本低;采用本实用新型设计思路,可以做到各种不具有钢板钢性的网状材料成型成为可能,零件成型后外观整齐,美观,工艺性好。

具体实施方式:
如图1-3所示,本实用新型是一种网罩冲压成型凸模,由具有流动性的刚性砂粒1、布2和橡胶板3组成,冲压成型时,用布2包住刚性砂粒1,再用橡胶板3压住刚性砂粒1作为凸模。工作时,滑块下滑,压在橡胶板3上,布2包住的刚性砂粒1开始对网状丝网5进行挤压直至与刚性凹模4完全贴合,保持一定时间的压力,即可获得成型网罩。
本实用新型采取了一种全新的巧妙的设计思路,即将液压成型原理与传统成型技术相结合,在模具上进行改进,将原凸模6以细砂代替,因为细砂不仅有流动性,而且又具有液体不具有的强度。在改进过程中,又对如何封闭砂子进行了多种尝试,最终确定以布包住砂子作阳模本体,用橡胶板压住作为阳模的方案。
