Abstract

一种插接式变径弯头,它主要用于滴灌系统中输水管路中不同直径PE管子的连接。把被连接的塑料管插入插盖中,旋转插盖,由于插盖中有自攻螺纹,所以当插盖旋转时就把被连接的管子攻出螺纹并与插盖连接在一起。插盖的端头有一对弹性卡头,把与插盖连接在一起的管子插入管状接头体,插盖上的弹性卡就卡在弯管状接头体的卡槽中使塑料管子、插盖和弯管状接头体连接成为一体。

本实用新型涉及一种滴灌系统用塑料水管变径弯头。属于管道连接技术领域。 
背景技术
目前滴灌技术在大力推广,滴灌系统中输水管路连接的方式各式各样,其中快换式变径弯头应用较多,但目前大多数快换变径弯头有个普遍问题是组成快换变径弯头的零件数量较多,造成成本较高。为此,研发了一种零件数量少、更换方便的变径弯头。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种滴灌系统用插接式变径弯头,该变径弯头可以方便地连接和打开滴灌系统中使用的各种规格的不同直径PE塑料管,该变径弯头是快换弯头,变径弯头的组件较少,连接功能可靠,成本低,适合推广使用。 
本实用新型的目的是由下述方案实现的:一种插接式变径弯头,该插接式变径弯头的材料是ABS等较硬的塑料,也可以是金属。该插接式变径弯头有一个弯管状弯管状接头体,其要点在于:在弯管状接头体两端的外圆直径不同并且上面有槽,该槽是用来装密封圈的。在弯管状接头体两端的外圆上一端有一个插盖,插盖内孔中有一段攻丝螺纹(螺纹有切削刃,与板牙的螺纹类似)。把被连接的塑料管插入插盖中,旋转插盖,由于插盖中有自攻螺纹,所以当插盖旋转时就把被连接的管子攻出螺纹并与插盖连接在一起。插盖的端头有一对弹性卡头,把与插盖连接在一起的管子插入弯管状接头体,插盖上的弹性卡就卡在弯管状接头体的卡槽中使塑料管子、插盖和弯管状接头体连接成为一体,达到连接塑料管的目的。插盖起连接管子的作用。水的密封靠密封圈。拨开弹性卡可以拔下插盖打开变径弯头。插盖的外表面做出防滑花纹,安装时可手工操作。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,它的结构简单,组成变径弯头的零件少,安装使用方便,连接功能可靠,有效地降低了变径弯头的成本。该变径弯头也可用于其他塑料管道系统。

具体实施方式
在图1所示实施例中,弯管状接头体(1)的槽中装有橡胶密封圈(3),将被连接的PE 塑料管插入插盖(2)的孔中并施以一定的轴向力,转动插盖(2)则就会使插盖的攻丝螺纹切削进入塑料管(4)中,随着插盖(2)的旋转塑料管(4)会被自动拽入插盖(2)中和插盖(2)牢固地连接在一起。然后把带有插盖(2)的塑料管(4)插入弯管状接头体(1)上则插盖(2)上的弹性卡就卡在弯管状接头体(1)的卡槽中使弯管状接头体(1)、插盖(2)和塑料管(4)紧密的连接在一起。达到连接塑料管的目的。橡胶密封圈(3)起密封水的作用。图2是插盖(2)的剖面图,它表示插盖(2)外表面部分是防滑花纹,方便手工操作。当需要打开弯头时可以拨开插盖(2)上的弹性卡退出塑料管(4)即可。

1.一种插接式变径弯头,在弯管状接头体两端的外圆上一端有一个插盖,其特征是:插盖内孔中有一段攻丝螺纹。
