Abstract

一种插接式螺软，它主要用于滴灌系统中输水管路中PE塑料管与阀门的连接。包括一个管状接头体，其特征是：所述管状接头体的一端有一个插盖，插盖内孔中有一段攻丝螺纹，插盖的端头有一对弹性卡，把与插盖连接在一起的管子插入管状接头体，插盖上的弹性卡就卡在接头体的卡槽中，使塑料管子、插盖和接头体连接成为一体，接头体的管螺纹与阀门连接，这样就达到把塑料管与阀门连接在一起的目的。

背景技术
目前滴灌技术在大力推广，滴灌系统中输水管路连接的方式各式各样，其中快换式接头应用较多，但目前大多数快换接头有个普遍问题是组成快换接头的零件数量较多，造成成本较高。为此，研发了一种零件数量少、更换方便的管接头。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种滴灌系统用插接式螺软，该接头可以方便地把滴灌系统中使用的各种规格的同径PE塑料管与阀门连接起来或打开，该接头是快换接头，接头的组件较少，连接功能可靠，成本低，适合推广使用。 
本实用新型的目的是由下述方案实现的：一种插接式螺软，包括一个管状接头体，所述管状接头体的一端有一个插盖，插盖内孔中有一段攻丝螺纹(螺纹有切削刃，与板牙的螺纹类似)，插盖的端头有一对弹性卡。在接头体另一端的外圆上有一段管螺纹是用来与阀门连接的。在有密封圈一端的外圆上有槽，该槽是用来装密封圈的。把被连接的塑料管插入插盖中，旋转插盖，由于插盖中有自攻螺纹，所以当插盖旋转时就把被连接的管子攻出螺纹并与插盖连接在一起。把与插盖连接在一起的管子插入管状接头体，插盖上的弹性卡就卡在接头体的卡槽中使塑料管子、插盖和接头体连接成为一体，达到把塑料管与阀门连接起来的目的。插盖起连接管子的作用。水的密封靠密封圈。拨开弹性卡可以拔下插盖打开接头。插盖的外表面做出防滑花纹，安装时可手工操作。该插接式螺软的材料是ABS等较硬的塑料，也可以是金属。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，它的结构简单，组成接头的零件少，安装使用方便，连接功能可靠，有效地降低了管接头的成本。该管接头也可用于其他塑料管道系统。

具体实施方式
在图1所示实施例中，接头体(1)的槽中装有橡胶密封圈(3)，将被连接的PE塑料管插入插盖(2)的孔中并施以一定的轴向力，转动插盖(2)则就会使插盖的攻丝螺纹切削进入塑料管(4)中，随着插盖(2)的旋转塑料管(4)会被自动拽入插盖(2)中和插盖(2)牢固地连接在一起。然后把带有插盖(2)的塑料管(4)插入接头体(1)上则插盖(2)上的弹性卡就卡在接头体(1)的卡槽中使接头体(1)、插盖(2)和塑料管(4)紧密的连接在一起，接头体的管螺纹与阀门连接，这样就把塑料管与阀门连接在一起。橡胶密封圈(3)起密封水的作用。图2是插盖(2)的剖面图，它表示插盖(2)外表面部分是防滑花纹，方便手工操作。图3是接头体的剖面图。当需要打开接头时可以拨开插盖(2)上的弹性卡退出塑料管(4)即可。
