Abstract

一种插接式同径管接头,它主要用于滴灌系统中输水管路中同径PE管子的连接。包括一个接头体,其特征是:所述接头体两端外圆上各有一个插盖,插盖内孔中有一段攻丝螺纹,插盖的端头有一对弹性卡。把被连接的塑料管插入插盖中,旋转插盖,由于插盖中有自攻螺纹,所以当插盖旋转时就把被连接的管子攻出螺纹并与插盖连接在一起。把与插盖连接在一起的管子插入管状接头体,插盖上的弹性卡就卡在接头体的卡槽中,使塑料管子、插盖和接头体连接成为一体,达到连接塑料管的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种滴灌系统用塑料水管接头。属于管道连接技术领域。 
背景技术
目前滴灌技术在大力推广,滴灌系统中输水管路连接的方式各式各样,其中快换式接头应用较多,但目前大多数快换接头有个普遍问题是组成快换接头的零件数量较多,造成成本较高。为此,研发了一种零件数量少、更换方便的管接头。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种滴灌系统用插接式同径管接头,该接头可以方便地连接和打开滴灌系统中使用的各种规格的同径PE塑料管,该接头是快换接头,接头的组件较少,连接功能可靠,成本低,适合推广使用。 
本实用新型的目的是由下述方案实现的:一种插接式同径管接头,包括一个接头体,所述接头体两端外圆上各有一个插盖,插盖内孔中有一段攻丝螺纹(螺纹有切削刃,与板牙的螺纹类似),插盖的端头有一对弹性卡。在管状接头体两端的外圆上有槽,该槽是用来装密封圈的。把被连接的塑料管插入插盖中,旋转插盖,由于插盖中有自攻螺纹,所以当插盖旋转时就把被连接的管子攻出螺纹并与插盖连接在一起。把与插盖连接在一起的管子插入管状接头体,插盖上的弹性卡就卡在接头体的卡槽中使塑料管子、插盖和接头体连接成为一体,达到连接塑料管的目的。插盖起连接管子的作用。水的密封靠密封圈。拨开弹性卡可以拔下插盖打开接头。插盖的外表面做出防滑花纹,安装时可手工操作。该插接式同径管接头的材料是ABS等较硬的塑料,也可以是金属。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,它的结构简单,组成接头的零件少,安装使用方便,连接功能可靠,有效地降低了管接头的成本。该管接头也可用于其他塑料管道系统。

具体实施方式
在图1所示实施例中,接头体(1)的槽中装有橡胶密封圈(3),将被连接的同径PE 
塑料管插入插盖(2)的孔中并施以一定的轴向力,转动插盖(2)则就会使插盖的攻丝螺纹 PE塑料管插入接头体(1)的孔中并施以一定的轴向力,转动接头体(1)则就会使左旋攻丝螺纹和右旋攻丝螺纹同时切削进入塑料管(4)中,随着接头体(1)的旋转塑料管(4)会被自动拽入接头体(1)中和接头体(1)牢固地连接在一起,达到连接塑料管的目的。橡胶密封圈(3)起密封水的作用。图2是接头体(1)的剖面图,它表示接头体(1)外表面的中间部分是防滑花纹,方便手工操作。当需要打开接头时可以反向旋转接头体(1)使被连接的塑料管(4)退出接头。
