技术领域
本发明涉及一种铸管内壁喷漆杆，尤其是一种能喷漆小车在长距离、无支撑行进过程中杆不颤动，从而改善铸管的内喷质量的新型喷涂杆。
背景技术
目前铸管内壁喷漆机喷涂杆是由一支焊管，在随喷涂小车行进过程中除开始深入管子时有一处托轮支撑，伸到管子另一端时喷涂杆由于无支撑，受重力影响喷涂杆必然径向颤动，从而造成打杆和喷涂螺旋，造成喷涂时有的地方喷上了有的部分喷不上，既增加了停机时间又影响管子内喷质量。
本发明为了克服上述缺陷，进行了有益的改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的上述不足，提供了一种新型喷涂杆。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种新型喷涂杆，包括11/4焊管，其特殊之处还在于，所述新型喷涂杆还包括3/4焊管和11/2焊管，所述喷涂杆由11/2焊管、3/4焊管和11/4焊管套接后焊接而成，所述3/4焊管连接内喷小车；
进一步地，所述11/4焊管套接在11/2焊管内，所述3/4焊管套接在11/4焊管内；
进一步地，所述3/4焊管的长度为3700mm，所述11/4焊管的长度2400mm，所述11/2焊管的长度为1500mm。
本发明的有益效果：通过三种不同直径的焊管套接，增强了喷涂杆的刚度，降低了喷涂杆前端的重量，提高了喷涂效率。

现有技术的情况参照图1所示，改造前的喷涂杆只有一根11/4焊管，当其伸进管子内部很深时，会出现颤动。
本发明的实施例参照图2所示：一种新型喷涂杆，包括11/4焊管2，新型喷涂杆还包括3/4焊管3和11/2焊管1，11/4焊管2套接在11/2焊管1内，3/4焊管3套接在11/4焊管2内，喷涂杆由11/2焊管1、3/4焊管3和11/4焊管2套接后焊接而成，3/4焊管3连接内喷小车；3/4焊管3的长度为3700mm，11/4焊管2的长度2400mm，11/2焊管1的长度为1500mm。
11/2焊管、11/4焊管和3/4焊管为标准焊管。
