 本实用新型涉及一种井盖，尤其是一种防盗电缆井盖。
背景技术
目前，普遍使用的井盖是由井盖和井圈两部分组成。现有井盖的缺点是：易于失窃，不防盗。井盖随着地下电缆线路的不断增加，伴随而来的电缆井盖失窃现象也愈演愈烈，由于电缆井盖大多在交通道路或便道上，井盖被盗如不及时发现会给行人和车辆带来安全隐患。因此，设计一种防盗电缆井盖，是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防盗电缆井盖。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：
防盗电缆井盖，包括井圈和井盖，井圈和井盖转轴连接翻转开盖，在井盖的底面上靠近井圈内壁处通过螺钉固定有锁芯架，锁芯架与井圈的井盖连接转轴方位相反，在锁芯架内旋转固定有带有锁舌的锁芯，在井圈的内壁上设有锁块，在井盖上设有开锁孔，旋转锁芯使锁块与锁舌处于开锁和闭锁两种状态。
优选地，在井圈的内壁上设有锁舌限位块，锁芯处于闭锁状态时旋转锁芯90°，锁块与锁舌处于开锁，反向旋转锁芯90°，锁块与锁舌回归闭锁状态。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型能够防止盗窃。

具体实施方式
如图所示，防盗电缆井盖，包括井圈1和井盖2，井圈1和井盖2转轴连接翻转开盖，其特征在于：在井盖2的底面上靠近井圈1内壁处通过螺钉4固定有锁芯架5，锁芯架5与井圈的井盖连接转轴方位相反，在锁芯架5内旋转固定有带有锁舌7的锁芯6，在井圈1的内壁上设有锁块8，在井盖2上设有开锁孔3，旋转锁芯6使锁块8与锁舌7处于开锁和闭锁两种状态。
在井圈1的内壁上设有锁舌限位块9，锁芯处于闭锁状态时旋转锁芯90°，锁块8与锁舌7处于开锁，反向旋转锁芯90°，锁块8与锁舌7回归闭锁状态。

1.防盗电缆井盖，其特征在于：包括井圈（1）和井盖（2），井圈（1）和井盖（2）转轴连接翻转开盖，其特征在于：在井盖（2）的底面上靠近井圈（1）内壁处通过螺钉（4）固定有锁芯架（5），锁芯架（5）与井圈的井盖连接转轴方位相反，在锁芯架（5）内旋转固定有带有锁舌（7）的锁芯（6），在井圈（1）的内壁上设有锁块（8），在井盖（2）上设有开锁孔（3），旋转锁芯（6）使锁块（8）与锁舌（7）处于开锁和闭锁两种状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防盗电缆井盖，其特征在于：在井圈（1）的内壁上设有锁舌限位块（9），锁芯处于闭锁状态时旋转锁芯90°，锁块（8）与锁舌（7）处于开锁，反向旋转锁芯90°，锁块（8）与锁舌（7）回归闭锁状态。
