常用的缝纫机，普遍在机身上固设有吸尘装置，该吸尘装置包括吸尘管和固定座，吸尘管的吸入口靠近缝针，以吸入缝纫裁边剪线过程中所产生的线头布屑，再送入收集筒中。现有的吸尘管和固定座装配结构复杂。
(三)发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种装配简单的缝纫机吸尘装置。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的：
一种缝纫机吸尘装置，包括一连接座、一调节板、一固定座、一吸尘管和一输气管，调节板安装在连接座下方，固定座固定在调节板下方，吸尘管一端为吸入口，另一端为送出口，输气管连接在吸尘管一端的吸入口附近，输气管将压缩空气输入吸尘管并吹向送出口从而在吸入口处产生吸力，吸尘管是弯曲的，其特征在于：该固定座下部侧壁通过螺钉装配有管夹件，管夹件和固定座下部侧壁分别开设有半圆槽，两半圆槽合并后套在吸尘管上从而夹持吸尘管。
本实用新型结构简单合理，组装方便迅速，位置调整方便，占用空间小。
