双线打草头
技术领域：
本实用新型涉及汽油发动机手提式割草机中的双线打草头。 
背景技术：
目前，公知的双线打草头主要包括打草头外壳、、弹簧、打草头芯、打草头盖。工作时动力通过传动轴、齿轮箱带动打草头工作。不足之处在于： 
1、一般传动轴需通过齿轮箱方可将动力传至打草头所以会损耗部份功率； 
2、打草头体积过大导致操作起来振动很大且还损耗功率； 
3、打草绳采用的是尼龙线，属易损品一般打草头内存线较短(一般为3m)所以使用寿命较短需经常更换。 
4、齿轮箱需定期进行加注黄油保养，否则很易容损坏；有很多用户使用时经常忘记保养齿轮箱导致齿轮箱损坏。 
发明内容：
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种轻巧、振动低、工作效率高、使用寿命长、成本低的双线打草头。 
为了减少不必要的功率损耗提高工作效率，减低振动增加操作者的感觉性，减低用户对打草头的更换频率减少用户支出，而且操作简单不用因忘记保养而导致齿轮箱损坏。本实用新型采用的方案是： 
1、改变连接方式取消齿轮箱； 
2、减小打草头体积，采用压铸件与塑料件配合； 
3、增加打草头内部容积，将打草对内存打草绳长度由原来的3m增加至 8m。 
本实用新型具体的方案是：双线打草头，其特征在于，固定座(6)采用铝合金压铸成型经过机加工达到装配要求，在固定座(6)中间压入连接轴(8)，连接轴(8)中下部的外围装有弹簧(3)，弹簧(3)的外周装有打草头芯(4)，打草头芯(4)外周上部装有打草头外壳(2)；旋扭(7)装在打草头芯(4)的下方；连接轴(8)的下端露在打草头芯(4)的外面，外周被旋扭(7)压盖；采用注塑镶嵌工艺将连接轴(8)与打草头外壳(2)形成一个整体；在连接轴(8)上端部加工出能与传动轴连接的孔位，从而达到取消齿轮箱的目的。 
本实用新型具体的优点： 
1、使传动轴无需经过齿轮箱将动力传送至打草头，减少在齿轮箱上的功率损耗；且能防止用户误以为可更换成其它切割刀具所超成的安全隐患； 
2、减少产品工作部份的振动，使操作者操作时更加舒适； 
3、使每个打草头的使用寿命增加一倍以上； 
4、由于取消了齿轮箱，继而减少了成本；也使用户无需担心因忘记保养齿轮箱而烦恼。

下面通过实施例，并结合附图，对本实用新型的结构作进一步描述。 
实施例：双线打草头，其特征在于，固定座6采用铝合金压铸成型经过机加工达到装配要求，在固定座6中间压入连接轴8，连接轴8中下部的外围装有弹簧3，弹簧3的外周装有打草头芯4，打草头芯4外周上部装有打草头外壳2；旋扭7装在打草头芯4的下方；连接轴8的下端露在打草头芯4的外面，外周被旋扭7压盖；采用注塑镶嵌工艺将连接轴8与打草头外壳2形成一个整体(连接轴8镶嵌在打草头外壳2内使之与打草头外壳2形成一个整体)；在连接轴8上端部加工出能与传动轴连接的孔位，从而达到取消齿轮箱的目的。 
工作时： 
1、整个打草头组件靠固定座6固定在动力上。 
2、打草头外壳2通过连接轴8与动力传动轴连接实现工作。 
3、当工作时敲打旋扭7，旋扭将压迫打草头芯4向上运动实现自动放线的目的；而通过弹簧3使打草头芯及旋扭复位。

1.一种双线打草头，其特征在于，在固定座(6)中间压入连接轴(8)，连接轴(8)中下部的外围装有弹簧(3)，弹簧(3)的外周装有打草头芯(4)，打草头芯(4)外周上部装有打草头外壳(2)；旋扭(7)装在打草头芯(4)的下方；连接轴(8)的下端露在打草头芯(4)的外面，外周被旋扭(7)压盖；连接轴(8)镶嵌在打草头外壳(2)内使之与打草头外壳(2)形成一个整体；在连接轴(8)上端部加工出能与传动轴连接的孔位。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双线打草头，其特征在于，所述的固定座(6)材料为铝合金。
