本实用新型涉及滚筒烘干机,具体为一种散热式滚筒烘干机。其特点是:散热器余热进口经干燥机机前封头与散热器前法兰盒固定连接,散热器余热出口经干燥机后封头与散热器后法兰盒固定连接;散热器前法兰盒与散热器后法兰盒之间设有散热管;散热管设与干燥机滚筒内。干燥机机前封头的上方设有进料口,干燥机后封头的上方设有排潮风机、下方设有排料口,散热器余热出口另一端与引风风机连接;散热器余热进口穿过干燥机机前封头后与散热器前法兰盒连接,散热器余热出口穿过干燥机后封头后与散热器后法兰盒连接。本实用新型的优点是:结构简单、成本低廉、干燥时间快、效率提高;物料与余热间接接触避免吸湿反潮,又不阻碍物料正常传递,来完成物料的降温、排潮,能够马上进行生产或直接进行包装。

背景技术
目前滚筒烘干机多数是烟气或热空气直接与物料接触,含水量大的湿热空气与物料在烘干机滚筒内混合在一起,物料中的潮气不易排出,并且排出物料温度较高,不能直接进行加工或包装。还需要进行排潮、冷却。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、干燥时间快、效散热率高的散热式滚筒烘干机。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包含进料口,散热器余热进口,干燥机机前封头,散热器前法兰盒,干燥机滚筒,散热管,散热器后法兰盒,干燥机后封头,其特征在于:散热器余热进口经干燥机机前封头与散热器前法兰盒固定连接,散热器余热出口经干燥机后封头与散热器后法兰盒固定连接;散热器前法兰盒与散热器后法兰盒之间设有散热管;散热管设与干燥机滚筒内。干燥机机前封头的上方设有进料口,干燥机后封头的上方设有排潮风机、下方设有排料口,散热器余热出口另一端与引风风机连接;散热器余热进口穿过干燥机机前封头后与散热器前法兰盒连接,散热器余热出口穿过干燥机后封头后与散热器后法兰盒连接。本实用新型的优点是:结构简单、成本低廉、干燥时间快、效率提高;物料与余热间接接触避免吸湿反潮,又不阻碍物料正常传递,来完成物料的降温、排潮,能够马上进行生产或直接进行包装。

具体实施方式
它包含进料口1,干燥机机前封头3,散热器前法兰盒4,干燥机滚筒5,散热管6,散热器后法兰盒7,干燥机后封头8,其特征在于:散热器余热进口2经干燥机机前封头3与散热器前法兰盒4固定连接,散热器余热出口10经干燥机后封头8与散热器后法兰盒7固定连接;散热器前法兰盒4与散热器后法兰盒7之间设有散热管6;散热管6设与干燥机滚筒5内。干燥机机前封头3的上方设有进料口1,干燥机后封头8的上方设有排潮风机12、下方设有排料口9,散热器余热出口10另一端与引风风机11连接;散热器余热进口2穿过干燥机机前封头3后与散热器前法兰盒4连接,散热器余热出口10穿过干燥机后封头8后与散热器后法兰盒7连接。本实用新型工作过程:散热器(的)安装在干燥机前封头3和干燥机后封头8之间。净化后的烘干机余热由余热进口2,进入到散热器前法兰盒4内,在引风机的作用下进入到四根散热器散热管6内,散发出热量,到达散热器后法兰盒7内,汇集到散热器余热出口10,经引风机11,排入大气。烘干后的湿热物料由进料口1,进入到干燥机内,在干燥机滚筒5的作用下不断与散热器散热管6外壁接触,吸收余热,释放潮气,到达干燥机末端散热器和物料的温度都较低,物料由排料口排出,潮气有排潮风机12排出。完成物料的降温、排潮。法兰盒采用法兰结构连接,打开法兰,散热器内部可定期进行清理,保证散热器的散热效果。

1.一种散热式滚筒烘干机,它包含进料口,散热器余热进口,干燥机机前封头,散热器前法兰盒,干燥机滚筒,散热管,散热器后法兰盒,干燥机后封头,其特征在于:散热器余热进口经干燥机机前封头与散热器前法兰盒固定连接,散热器余热出口经干燥机后封头与散热器后法兰盒固定连接;散热器前法兰盒与散热器后法兰盒之间设有散热管;散热管设与干燥机滚筒内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热式滚筒烘干机,其特征在于:干燥机机前封头的上方设有进料口,干燥机后封头的上方设有排潮风机、下方设有排料口,散热器余热出口另一端与引风风机连接;散热器余热进口穿过干燥机机前封头后与散热器前法兰盒连接,散热器余热出口穿过干燥机后封头后与散热器后法兰盒连接。
