背景技术
本实用新型提出前，工业领域中用于输送高温、高压气体或者液体的管路连接头，其结构是在管路的尾端固接有带有法兰盘的管接头，用螺栓将法兰紧固的方式将两管接头密封连接一起。此种结构的连接是靠密封垫密封，当两侧管路的中心相对偏移时，接头处容易发生泄漏。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防泄漏、连接快的管路连接装置。
解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是：该管路连接装置主要由管接头、密封环、顶紧环和锁紧母组成，管接头由球面管接头和螺纹管接头构成；球面管接头的管壁外侧相应位置有支承球面和密封球面，外侧的阶梯处套有顶紧环；螺纹管接头的管壁外侧有外螺纹，管壁内侧阶梯处装有密封环；锁紧母内孔有与球面管接头的支承球面动配合的锥形面和有与螺纹连接头配合的内螺纹，锁紧母的外部有能使锁紧母旋转的锁紧块；球面管接头的支承球面处动配合套有快速锁紧两管接头的锁紧母，锁紧母的内螺纹处拧有拧紧后密封环的端面与顶紧环的端面顶紧的螺纹管接头；球面管接头与螺纹管接头的另一端与外管线连接即形成管路。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于管路的连接是通过管接头、密封环和锁紧母靠螺纹的旋转实现的，所以可实现两管接头的快速对接。由于球面管接头的外侧设有支承球面和密封球面、阶梯处设有顶紧环，螺纹管接头内阶梯处设有密封环，所以该管路连接装置具有容易定位、球面密封压力均匀、密封性能好、便于操作等特点，就是两侧管路的中心相对偏移时，接头处也不发生泄漏。

在图中，本实用新型管路连接装置主要由管接头、密封环、顶紧环和锁紧母组成，管接头由球面管接头3和螺纹管接头1构成；球面管接头3的管壁外侧相应位置有支承球面3.1和密封球面3.2，外侧的阶梯处套有顶紧环4；螺纹管接头1的管壁外侧有外螺纹1.1，管壁内侧阶梯1.2处装有密封环5；密封环5根据输送不同液体、气体的温度用不同的材料。锁紧母2内孔有与球面管接头3的支承球面3.1动配合的锥形面2.2和有与螺纹连接头1配合的内螺纹2.3，锁紧母2的外部有使锁紧母2旋转的锁紧块2.1：球面管接头3的支承球面3.1处动配合套有快速锁紧两管接头1、3的锁紧母2，锁紧母2的内螺纹2.3处拧有拧紧后密封环5的端面与顶紧环4的端面顶紧密封的螺纹管接头1；球面管接头与螺纹管接头的另一端与外管线连接即形成管路。上面所述的锁紧母2的外部锁紧块2.1对于公称直径大的管路采用凸台式锁紧块，对于公称直径小的管路锁紧母的外部采用四方或者六方。

1.一种管路连接装置，主要由管接头、密封环、顶紧环和锁紧母组成，管接头由球面管接头和螺纹管接头构成；其特征在于：球面管接头（3）的管壁外侧相应位置有支承球面（3.1）和密封球面（3.2），外侧的阶梯处套有顶紧环（4）；螺纹管接头（1）的管壁外侧有外螺纹（1.1），管壁内侧阶梯（l.2）处装有密封环（5）；锁紧母（2）内孔有与球面管接头（3）的支承球面（3.1）动配合的锥形面（2.2）和有与螺纹连接头（1）配合的内螺纹（2.3），锁紧母（2）的外部有能使锁紧母旋转的锁紧块（2.1）；球面管接头（3）的支承球面（3.1）处动配合套有快速锁紧两管接头（1、3）的锁紧母（2），锁紧母（2）的内螺纹（2.3）处拧有拧紧后密封环（5）的端面与顶紧环（4）的端面顶紧的螺纹管接头（1）。
