本实用新型涉及一种管道维修器具，特别是一种管道补漏封堵。
背景技术
随着石油的不断开采，长输管线的使用寿命不断延长，因而许多输油管线开始出现腐蚀穿孔，因此补漏便成了家常便饭，现有的补漏封堵主要包括两部分，一部分是焊接在管路泄漏处的螺母，另一部分是拧在螺母内的堵头，但是由于螺母和堵头的螺纹均为普通直螺纹，因而密封性能不好，容易引起渗漏。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是：提供一种结构简单、易于焊接和密封性能好的管道补漏封堵。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的管道补漏封堵，包括补漏螺母和封堵螺杆，所述补漏螺母为圆柱形，所述补漏螺母内设有内锥螺纹；所述封堵螺杆的下部设有与内锥螺纹相匹配的外锥螺纹，所述封堵螺杆的顶部设有拧紧封堵螺杆用的六棱体。
根据管路上穿孔的大小，本实用新型的管道补漏封堵，所述补漏螺母的外径尺寸为20mm或者15mm。
本实用新型取得的有益效果是：(1)结构简单，成本低廉；(2)补漏螺母内设有内锥螺纹，封堵螺杆上设有外锥螺纹，因而密封性能好，承受压力大，不会出现渗漏的现象；(3)焊接的时候，可以在补漏螺母上连接导流管，减小螺母螺母焊接的压力，因而易于焊接。

实施例1
如图1所示，本实施例的管道补漏封堵，包括补漏螺母2和封堵螺杆1，所述补漏螺母2为圆柱形，所述补漏螺母2内设有内锥螺纹21；所述封堵螺杆1的下部设有与内锥螺纹21相匹配的外锥螺纹12，所述封堵螺杆1的顶部设有拧紧封堵螺杆1用的六棱体11；所述补漏螺母2的外径尺寸为20mm。
管路出现穿孔的时候，用补漏螺母2将穿孔处包围，然后将补漏螺母2焊接在管路上，焊接的时候，为了缓解补漏螺母2承受的压力，可以在补漏螺母2内连接导流管；补漏螺母2焊接完成后，将封堵螺杆1牢固的拧在补漏螺母内即可。
本实施例的管道补漏封堵，补漏螺母2内设有内锥螺纹21，封堵螺杆1上设有外锥螺纹12，因而密封性能好，承受压力大，不会出现渗漏的现象；
本实施例的管道补漏封堵，封堵螺杆1的顶部设有六棱体11，因而便有使用扳手将封堵螺杆1拧紧。
实施例2
本实施例的管道补漏封堵，所述补漏螺母2的外径尺寸为15mm，其它结构和用法与实施例1基本相同。

1.一种管道补漏封堵，包括补漏螺母(2)和封堵螺杆(1)，其特征在于：所述补漏螺母(2)为圆柱形，所述补漏螺母(2)内设有内锥螺纹(21)；所述封堵螺杆(1)的下部设有与内锥螺纹(21)相匹配的外锥螺纹(12)，所述封堵螺杆(1)的顶部设有拧紧封堵螺杆(1)用的六棱体(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道补漏封堵，其特征在于：所述补漏螺母(2)的外径尺寸为20mm或者15mm。
