技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种球阀阀杆,具体涉及一种适用于高温高压电站球阀的阀杆防飞出结构。 
背景技术
在火力发电厂运行过程中,到处存在高温、高压等恶劣工况。近年来随着科技的发展,大量超临界、超超临界机组投入应用,运行的温度和压力等参数越来越高,从而对阀门性能的要求也越来越高。电站的循环系统大都是高温高压管道,温度高至650℃,压力磅级高至class4500;管道内介质为过热高压蒸汽、水,具有交变热循环,热疲劳,热冲击的恶劣特点。对阀门的耐温、耐压、耐磨、耐冲蚀及严密的密封都有很高的要求。伴随硬密封的发展,高温高压电站球阀在电站关断、隔离工况有了很好的应用。
现有高温高压电站球阀的阀杆防飞结构主要有两种:一种采用内装阀杆,利用阀杆自身的台阶与阀体配合达到防飞的目的;另一种采用外装阀杆结构,采用圆柱销连接外装入阀体的阀杆和防飞环形成防飞结构。第一种内装结构虽然防飞可靠,但由于缩短了阀杆长度,不得不采用两段式阀杆才成通过支架与执行器连接,容易出现阀杆的动作延时和挠性位移导致球体出现开关位置不准确或密封不严的现象;第二种外装阀杆结构的销孔开在与介质接触并且强度最为薄弱的阀杆头的扁部附近,在恶劣的工况高温下,阀杆材料的高温强度较常温下会有很大程度的降低,容易发生扭转变形导致阀门开关失效。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种有效防止阀杆从阀腔内飞出的适用于高温高压电站球阀的阀杆防飞出结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种适用于高温高压电站球阀的阀杆防飞出结构,该防飞环通过销与阀杆固定,阀杆与防扭支架之间通过卡套配合,卡套下端连接有减磨垫。
本产品新型的优越功效:
1)阀内的销孔连接防飞环结构移至阀体外,防飞止口由支架承担;
2)防飞环上配备减磨垫片和卡套,使一体的阀杆工作稳定、动作精确并降低操作扭矩。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型提供一种适用于高温高压电站球阀的阀杆防飞出结构,该阀体的一体焊接阀座5将碟形弹簧2和支撑阀座3、浮动球体4压入阀体1并与阀体1焊接连接;阀杆7的头部与球体4的凹槽配合,传递开关动作;阀杆7的密封由填料6完成;防飞环701通过销702与阀杆7固定,阀杆7与防扭支架8之间通过卡套704配合,卡套704下端连接有减磨垫703。此实用新型结构的销孔连接防飞结构移至阀体外,防飞止口由防扭支架8承担,防飞环上配备减磨垫和卡套,使一体的阀杆工作稳定、动作精确并降低操作扭矩。
