音箱的喇叭结构主要包括盆架和贴装于盆架的音盆，一般的喇叭都是朝向喇叭口发声，声音向喇叭口前方传送，盆架尾部都是密封形式。为适应汽车狭小空间需要，汽车体积音箱都相对比较小，而且都安装在汽车夹层的狭小密闭空间内，喇叭在发声过程中会产生热量，由于盆架尾部在安装上喇叭相关部件后呈密闭状态，热量集聚在音盆与盆架尾部之间的密闭空间，不易散发，降低音箱的使用寿命。
