目前，基于国家节能、降耗、减排的产业发展政策，国内石化、化工、冶金行业领域换热装置采用密封丝堵管箱结构，现有的密封丝堵拆卸方便，便于设备检修和维护。然而，原密封丝堵采用端面密封方式，丝堵套上垫片旋入管箱，丝堵端面压紧垫片密封；由于丝堵安装时为水平旋入，丝堵与垫片有间隙，因为重力的作用，垫片经常被压偏，起不到密封的作用，造成泄漏。从而耗费大量能源，污染环境；降低了换热效果，以及一些设备的工作效率，增加了维修和维护成本，是长期以来困扰人们的难题。
鉴于上述的原因，换热装置的丝堵装置需要改进。

本实用新型目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种换热装置的自动定心密封丝堵装置，有效的提高密封效果，避免造成泄漏；提高换热装置的质量和工作效率，减少维修和维护成本；提高换热效果，节约能源，保护环境；解决了长期以来困扰人们的难题。
本实用新型为了实现上述的目的，采用如下的技术方案：一种换热装置的自动定心密封丝堵装置，是由：定心密封丝堵，垫片，管箱壁构成；管箱壁上预留丝孔，丝孔中设置定心密封丝堵；定心密封丝堵与管箱壁之间设置圆环形的垫片。
定心密封丝堵的后部设置定位斜面。
本实用新型的工艺及原理是：采用的定心密封丝堵与垫片配合时，定心密封丝堵上增加一定位斜面。定心密封丝堵安装时为水平旋入管箱时，定心密封丝堵自动定心，从而定心密封丝堵使垫片自动定心，垫片被完整的压在密封面上，密封效果良好。具有自动定心结构的定心密封丝堵优化了原有的装配的方式，并达到良好的密封效果。
