本实用新型提出了履带驱动轮齿形轮廓双工位感应自动淬火机床,包括机床主体,电气控制柜、数控系统,机床主体的中间设有工件分度旋转工作台,在机床主体的两侧对称布置有淬火单元;所述淬火单元的结构为:包括一个立式床身,立式床身在机床主体的直线导轨上导向,立式床身通过伺服电机、减速器、滚珠丝杠副驱动,立式床身的内侧设有垂直导轨,一个滑台在垂直导轨上导向,滑台通过伺服电机、减速器、滚珠丝杠副驱动;淬火加热机构固定在滑台上;电气控制柜配置有IGBT超音频晶体管电源与淬火加热机构对应。本实用新型设置两个淬火工位,一次装夹即可完成履带驱动轮所有部位的加热淬火动作,自动化程度高,生产效率高,减轻操作者的劳动强度。

本实用新型涉及一种履带驱动轮双工位感应自动淬火机床。 
背景技术
大吨位的履带式工程机械的驱动轮等零件除齿部等啮合部位需淬火外,其齿体与履带板啮合的表面外圆也需淬火,淬火部位有两个部位。通常方式是先淬火外圆部分,再对齿部轮廓淬火,这需更换感应器,调整过程非常麻烦和费时。特别是对有上下齿的品种时,更是操作不便,需对工件翻转再淬火。 
发明内容
本实用新型提出一种履带驱动轮齿形轮廓双工位感应自动淬火机床,一次装夹就可完成驱动轮所有部位的淬火,自动化程度高,生产效率高,操作简便。 
为此,本实用新型的技术方案为:履带驱动轮齿形轮廓双工位感应自动淬火机床,包括机床主体,电气控制柜、数控系统,机床主体的中间设有工件分度旋转工作台,工件分度旋转工作台通过伺服电机、减速器、齿轮副驱动,其特征在于:在机床主体的两侧对称布置有淬火单元;所述淬火单元的结构为:包括一个立式床身,立式床身在机床主体的直线导轨上导向,立式床身通过伺服电机、减速器、滚珠丝杠副驱动,立式床身的内侧设有垂直导轨,一个滑台在垂直导轨上导向,滑台通过伺服电机、减速器、滚珠丝杠副驱动;淬火加热机构固定在滑台上;电气控制柜配置有IGBT超音频晶体管电源与淬火加热机构对应。 
对上述技术方案的进一步限定:数控系统是西门子802D四轴数控系统。 
有益效果:本实用新型设置有两个淬火工位,一次装夹即可完成履带驱动轮所有部位的加热淬火动作,自动化程度高,生产效率高,减轻操作者的劳动强度。同时该机床也适合各种不同大小规格的轮体齿轮,具有较好的适应能力。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,进一步描述本实用新型如下:履带驱动轮齿形轮廓双工位感应自动淬火机床,包括机床主体1,电气控制柜(图中没有表达)、数控系统(图中没有表达),机床主体的中间设有工件分度旋转工作台11,工件分度旋转工作台通过伺服电机12、减速器13、齿轮副驱动,在机床主体的两侧对称布置有淬火单元;所述淬火单元的结构为:包括一个立式床身5,立式床身5在机床主体的直线导轨上导向,立式床身5通过伺服电机2、减速器3、滚珠丝杠副4驱动,立式床身5的内侧设有垂直导轨,一个滑台9在垂直导轨上导向,滑台9通过伺服电机6、减速器7、滚珠丝杠副8驱动;淬火加热机构10固定在滑台上;电气控制柜(图中没有表达)配置有IGBT超音频晶体管电源与淬火加热机构对应。 
所述的数控系统是西门子802D四轴数控系统。

1.履带驱动轮齿形轮廓双工位感应自动淬火机床,包括机床主体,电气控制柜、数控系统,机床主体的中间设有工件分度旋转工作台,工件分度旋转工作台通过伺服电机、减速器、齿轮副驱动,其特征在于:在机床主体的两侧对称布置有淬火单元;所述淬火单元的结构为:包括一个立式床身,立式床身在机床主体的直线导轨上导向,立式床身通过伺服电机、减速器、滚珠丝杠副驱动,立式床身的内侧设有垂直导轨,一个滑台在垂直导轨上导向,滑台通过伺服电机、减速器、滚珠丝杠副驱动;淬火加热机构固定在滑台上;电气控制柜配置有IGBT超音频晶体管电源与淬火加热机构对应。
