Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种微生物厌氧培养罐,包括罐体、盖体和螺旋夹,罐体内设置有培养皿架、培养皿和产气袋放置盒,盖体设置在罐体上端,盖体顶盖中部设有催化剂放置盒,用于放置催化剂,螺旋夹两端夹紧固定在罐体两侧,其特征在于,所述盖体的顶盖下凹,下凹处与罐体内壁之间设有密封圈。由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型可以实现罐体与盖体之间的紧密结合从而保证了罐体的密封性,也同时保证了罐内体积的恒定,从而降低了厌氧菌培养失败的可能性,同时本实用新型,抗震抗冲击,持久耐用,观察方便,便于实验管理。

一种微生物厌氧培养罐
技术领域
本实用新型涉及微生物仪器领域,尤其涉及一种微生物厌氧培养罐。
背景技术
厌氧菌与人们的生活息息相关,实验室中经常要对厌氧菌进行培养。但是厌氧菌的生长要求在无氧条件下,实验中经常由于其培养环境造成厌氧菌的培养失败。因此在培养厌氧菌时需要消除其培养环境中的氧气。各种除氧的方法中使用专门的厌氧菌培养设备来除氧是最有效和最广泛的方法,通常就是用含钯的催化剂在厌氧培养罐内使氢气和氧气进行反应从而将氧除去。
厌氧培养罐是在进行微生物厌氧培养时用到的辅助仪器,在利用厌氧产气袋法进行厌氧培养时,由于厌氧产气袋是设定容量的,为达到相应的氧气浓度和二氧化碳浓度,不仅容积要固定,放置的培养物数量也基本要装满,现有的厌氧培养罐由于罐体与盖体之间不能紧密的固定在一起从而造成其气密性不好,容积不固定,而且使用寿命不长,造成成本的升高。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术中的问题,本实用新型提供一种能有效的避免罐体漏气所造成的厌氧培养失败,气密性好,抗震抗冲击,结构简单,持久耐用,便于实验管理的微生物厌氧培养罐。
为实现上述的目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种微生物厌氧培养罐,包括罐体、盖体和螺旋夹,罐体内设置有用于放置培养皿的培养皿架和产气袋放置盒,盖体设置在罐体上端,盖体顶盖中部设有催化剂放置盒,用于放置催化剂,螺旋夹两端夹紧固定在罐体两侧,其特征在于,所述盖体的顶盖下凹,下凹处与罐体内壁之间设有密封圈。
所述催化剂放置盒与盖体一体化,其底部与罐体相通,顶部通过盒盖密封。
所述的罐体和盖体均采用透明材质制成,以便于随时观察罐内情况。
所述的螺旋夹采用不锈钢材质制成,具有固定锁紧的作用,充分保证密闭。
本实用新型的一体化的设计使得催化剂放置盒省去了与盖体的密封,而且密封性能更好;使用时将催化剂放入所述催化剂放置盒,通过顶部的盒盖将催化剂放置盒密封;通过螺旋夹对罐体的夹紧,罐体受力从而与盖体的下凹处将其中间的密封圈夹紧,起到保证密封的作用。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型可以实现罐体与盖体之间的紧密结合从而保证了罐体的密封性,也同时保证了罐内体积的恒定,从而降低了厌氧菌培养失败的可能性。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图,进一步阐述本实用新型。
实施例:
如图1、所示的本实用新型的微生物厌氧培养罐,包括罐体1、盖体2和螺旋夹3,罐体1和盖体2均采用透明材质制成,以便于随时观察罐内情况;的螺旋夹3采用不锈钢材质制成,具有固定锁紧的作用,充分保证密闭。
如图2所示,本实用新型的罐体1内设置有培养皿架7和产气袋放置盒9,培养皿8放置在培养皿架7上,盖体2设置在罐体1上端,盖体2顶盖中部设有与盖体2一体化设计的催化剂放置盒6,盒内放置球形钯催化剂5,催化剂放置盒6其底部与罐体1相通,顶部通过盒盖(图中未示出)密封。
使用时拧下该盒盖将催化剂放入其中再拧紧密封,然后通过螺旋夹3夹紧罐壁从而夹紧密封圈,就可以形成密封的厌氧菌的培养环境。

1.一种微生物厌氧培养罐,包括罐体(1)、盖体(2)和螺旋夹(3),罐体(1)内设置有培养皿架(7)和产气袋放置盒(9),盖体(2)设置在罐体(1)上端,盖体(2)顶盖中部设有催化剂放置盒(6),螺旋夹(3)两端夹紧固定在罐体(1)两侧,其特征在于,所述盖体(2)的顶盖下凹,下凹处与罐体内壁之间设有密封圈(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微生物厌氧培养罐,其特征在于,所述催化剂放置盒(6)与盖体(2)一体化,其底部与罐体(1)相通,顶部通过盒盖密封。
