模拟瘤胃体外发酵产气装置属于动物生理研究器械;在注射器下端针头座上密封安装医用三通阀,塑料软管的上端与医用三通阀密封连接,在塑料软管的下侧外部上密封配装橡胶塞,橡胶塞密封插装在产气发酵培养瓶的瓶口内,医用三通阀和塑料软管将注射器与产气发酵培养瓶相互连通;本装置结构简单,造价低廉,模拟瘤胃体外产气量读数准确,体外产气气体样品采集方便,有利于动物科学科研质量和水平的提高。

模拟瘤胃体外发酵产气装置
技术领域
本实用新型属于动物生理研究器械,主要涉及一种反刍动物瘤胃发酵环境的模拟体外培养装置。
背景技术
目前,简易的人工瘤胃体外培养装置主要是将注射器作为发酵罐,将培养液和发酵底物放到注射器里进行模拟瘤胃内环境的试验研究。但是,由于注射器很小,且培养条件需要不断震荡,培养液、培养底物、发酵产物及产生的气体都集中在注射器中,在震荡的条件下注射器的读数不稳定,气体采集不方便,容易造成试验误差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,设计提供一种新结构的模拟瘤胃体外发酵产气装置,达到准确完成体外产气量的读取、方便体外产气样品采集的目的。
本实用新型的基本设计是,在注射器下端针头座上密封安装医用三通阀,塑料软管的上端与医用三通阀密封连接,在塑料软管的下侧外部上密封配装橡胶塞,橡胶塞密封插装在产气发酵培养瓶的瓶口内,医用三通阀和塑料软管将注射器与产气发酵培养瓶相互连通,至此构成模拟瘤胃体外发酵产气装置。
本实用新型结构简单,造价低廉,模拟瘤胃体外产气量读数准确,体外产气气体样品采集简易方便,有利于动物科学研究质量和水平的提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型最佳实施方案进行详细描述。一种模拟瘤胃体外发酵产气装置,在注射器1下端针头座上密封安装医用三通阀2,塑料软管3的上端与医用三通阀2密封连接,在塑料软管3的下侧外部上密封配装橡胶塞4,橡胶塞4密封插装在产气发酵培养瓶5的瓶口内,医用三通阀2和塑料软管3将注射器1与产气发酵培养瓶5相互连通。
体外培养使用时,首先向产气发酵培养瓶5内加入培养底物和培养液后,将产气发酵培养瓶5放在恒温水浴摇床上震荡,将注射器1固定在一个支架上,利用医用三通阀2将产气发酵培养瓶5与注射器1连通即可。在温度适宜的情况下,产气发酵培养瓶5中微生物和培养底物发酵产生大量的气体,气体通过塑料软管3进入注射器1内,当产气量达到注射器1量程或某一特定的刻度时,记录产气量,并利用医用三通阀2排放注射器1内的气体;如果需要进行气体成分分析,可以用气体采样袋通过医用三通阀2的排气孔进行气体收集,在排放气体和收集气体的过程中不需要打开产气发酵培养瓶5,保证其一直处于厌氧发酵的状态。

1.一种模拟瘤胃体外发酵产气装置,其特征在于在注射器(1)下端针头座上密封安装医用三通阀(2),塑料软管(3)的上端与医用三通阀(2)密封连接,在塑料软管(3)的下侧外部上密封配装橡胶塞(4),橡胶塞(4)密封插装在产气发酵培养瓶(5)的瓶口内,医用三通阀(2)和塑料软管(3)将注射器(1)与产气发酵培养瓶(5)相互连通。
