人工瘤胃体外发酵产气装置属于动物生理研究器械;在注射器下端上安装三通阀,输气软管的上端与三通阀连接,在输气软管下侧外部上配装橡胶塞,橡胶塞装在产气发酵培养瓶的瓶口内,输气软管和三通阀将产气发酵培养瓶与注射器相互连通,导气软管一端部插装在橡胶塞上,其另一端与气体压力表连接,导气软管将产气发酵培养瓶与气体压力表相互连通;本装置结构简单,造价低廉,人工方法模拟瘤胃体外产气量准确,体外产气气体样品采集简易方便,有利于动物科研质量的提高。

技术领域
本实用新型属于动物生理研究器械,主要涉及一种反刍动物瘤胃发酵环境的模拟体外培养装置。
背景技术
目前,简易的人工瘤胃体外培养装置主要是将注射器作为发酵罐,将培养液和发酵底物放到注射器里进行模拟瘤胃内环境的试验研究。但是,由于注射器很小,且培养条件需要不断震荡,培养液、培养底物、发酵产物及产生的气体都集中在注射器中,在震荡的条件下注射器的读数不稳定,气体采集不方便,容易造成试验误差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,设计提供一种新结构的人工瘤胃体外发酵产气装置,达到准确完成体外产气量的读取、方便体外产气样品采集的目的。
本实用新型的基本设计是,在注射器下端上密封连接安装三通阀,输气软管的上端与三通阀密封连接,在输气软管下侧外部上密封配装橡胶塞,橡胶塞密封塞装在产气发酵培养瓶的瓶口内,输气软管和三通阀将产气发酵培养瓶与注射器相互连通;导气软管一端部密封插装在橡胶塞上,其另一端与气体压力表连接,导气软管将产气发酵培养瓶与气体压力表相互连通,至此构成人工瘤胃体外发酵产气装置。
本实用新型结构简单,造价低廉,模拟瘤胃体外产气量读数准确,体外产气气体样品采集简易方便,有利于动物科学研究质量和水平的提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型最佳实施方案进行详细描述。一种人工瘤胃体外发酵产气装置,在注射器1下端上密封连接安装三通阀2,输气软管3的上端与三通阀2密封连接,在输气软管3下侧外部上密封配装橡胶塞4,橡胶塞4密封塞装在产气发酵培养瓶5的瓶口内,输气软管3和三通阀2将产气发酵培养瓶5与注射器1相互连通;导气软管7一端部密封插装在橡胶塞4上,其另一端与气体压力表6连接,导气软管7将产气发酵培养瓶5与气体压力表6相互连通。
人工模拟体外培养使用时,首先向产气发酵培养瓶5内加入培养底物和培养液后,将产气发酵培养瓶5放在恒温水浴摇床上震荡,将注射器1固定在一个支架上,利用三通阀2将产气发酵培养瓶5与注射器1连通即可。在温度适宜的情况下,产气发酵培养瓶5中微生物和培养底物发酵产生大量的气体,气体通过输气软管3和三通阀2进入注射器1内。当达到设定的测量时间时,利用注射器1使气体压力表6的指针指向1个大气压刻线位置后,即可读取记录注射器1内的产气量。当产气量达到注射器1量程或某一特定的刻度时,记录产气量,并利用三通阀2将注射器1内的气体排出;如果需要进行气体成分分析,可以用气体采样袋通过三通阀2的排气孔进行气体收集,在排放气体和收集气的过程中不需要打开产气发酵培养瓶5,保证其一直处于厌氧发酵的状态。

1.一种人工瘤胃体外发酵产气装置,其特征在于在注射器(1)下端上密封连接安装三通阀(2),输气软管(3)的上端与三通阀(2)密封连接,在输气软管(3)下侧外部上密封配装橡胶塞(4),橡胶塞(4)密封塞装在产气发酵培养瓶(5)的瓶口内,输气软管(3)和三通阀(2)将产气发酵培养瓶(5)与注射器(1)相互连通;导气软管(7)一端部密封插装在橡胶塞(4)上,其另一端与气体压力表(6)连接,导气软管(7)将产气发酵培养瓶(5)与气体压力表(6)相互连通。
