本实用新型涉及一种能对刻面宝石进行粗抛光和精抛光合二为一的复合抛光盘,包括外圈铸铁抛光盘1和内圈锌合金抛光盘2,其特征在于将¢120mm内圈锌合金抛光盘2铸造在¢170mm外圈铸铁抛光盘1内,经过车床的切削成光亮的平面。本结构攻克了锌合金、铜合金、铅合金等单种材料材质较软,致使粗抛光盘表面容易出现坑道的缺陷,解决了传统宝石的抛光工艺从粗抛光到精抛光工序时需要停机更换抛光盘和重复转换八角手问题,本结构简单,节能,外圈铸铁抛光盘1尺寸为¢170mm,厚15mm,内圈锌合金抛光盘2尺寸为¢120mm,厚8mm。减少工序,提高了生产效率,提升了质量档次,降低了生产成本。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种对刻面宝石进行粗抛光和精抛光的合二为一的抛光盘。 
二、背景技术
现有的刻面宝石抛光盘都是由锌合金材料制作的抛光盘,在加工宝石的时候,首先用金刚石砂盘将宝石石坯磨削成刻面,其次用粗抛光盘(锌合金材料)对刻面进行粗抛光(由于锌合金材料硬度较低,容易在粗抛光磨盘上划出一条条坑道,影响抛光质量),然后再换精抛光盘重复粗抛光的工序进行精抛光,从粗抛光到精抛光工序时需要停机更换抛光盘和重复转换八角手操作。这种抛光盘抛光质量差、效率低。 
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种对刻面宝石进行粗抛光和精抛光合二为一的复合抛光盘。 
本实用新型刻面宝石复合抛光盘,包括外圈铸铁抛光盘和内圈锌合金抛光盘,它的特点在于将¢120mm内圈锌合金抛光盘铸造在¢170mm外圈铸铁抛光盘内,经过车床的切削打磨成光亮的平面。 
为了提高外圈铸铁抛光盘的硬度,采用灰口铸铁工艺使 其产生细微针孔的效应。 
本实用新型刻面宝石复合抛光盘,外圈铸铁抛光盘尺寸为¢170mm,厚15mm,内圈锌合金抛光盘尺寸为¢120mm,厚8mm。

五、具体实施方式
参见附图,本实用新型刻面宝石复合抛光盘可安装在任何普通的宝石研磨机上,用砂盘刻磨宝石的原理与普通宝石研磨机一样,不同之处是粗抛光和精抛光在同一个盘上,加工时无需更换抛光盘和重复转换八角手,将W3.5抛光粉均匀地涂抹在外圈铸铁抛光盘1和内圈锌合金抛光盘2上,将用砂盘刻磨好的宝石放在复合抛光盘上,从外圈向内圈方向移动抛光,每个刻面的抛光都是从外圈向内圈方向移动抛光(外圈是粗抛光、内圈是精抛光),直到完成所有的刻面抛光。 
本结构攻克了锌合金、铜合金、铅合金等单种材料材质较软致使粗抛光盘表面容易出现坑道的缺陷,解决了传统宝石的抛光工艺从粗抛光到精抛光工序时需要停机更换抛光盘和重复转换八角手问题,本结构简单,节能,外圈铸铁抛光盘1尺寸为¢170mm,厚15mm,内圈锌合金抛光盘2尺寸为¢120mm,厚8mm,减少工序,提高了生产效率,提升了质量档次,降低了生产成本。

1.一种刻面宝石复合抛光盘,包括外圈铸铁抛光盘(1)和内圈锌合金抛光盘(2),它的特征在于将¢120mm内圈锌合金抛光盘(2)铸造在¢170mm外圈铸铁抛光盘(1)内,经过车床的切削成光亮的平面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刻面宝石复合抛光盘,其特征在于外圈铸铁抛光盘(1)采用灰口铸铁工艺使其产生细微针孔的效应。
