Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种炊具手柄，包括防火圈、安装铁件和手柄，其特征在于所述安装铁件呈“U”形，安装铁件的两支臂固定在锅体上；所述手柄包括上握持部分及下挡板部分，所述上握持部分的一端呈“U”形结构并位于安装铁件的上方，所述下挡板部分的一端呈“U”形结构并位于安装铁件的下方，所述两防火圈分别套设在下挡板部分的“U”形结构的两支臂上，上握持部分、下挡板部分及安装铁件通过紧固件固定。其结构简单合理，安全可靠，无论锅具在大火上加热还是在小火上加热使用者均可直接使用手柄移动锅具。

技术领域
本实用新型属于炊具技术领域，特别涉及一种炊具手柄。
背景技术
普通的手柄使用时，如加热时温度在60℃左右，使用者可以勉强用手握住手柄来移动锅具；但锅具在大火上加热时，锅具的手柄长时间受到火的烧烤，手柄的温度有可能达到100℃以上，这时如直接握住手柄移动锅具，有可能发生危险，需要移动则要用布或其它物体包住才行。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理，安全可靠的炊具手柄，锅具在大火上加热还是在小火上加热使用者均可直接使用手柄移动锅具，克服普通手柄在使用大火时可能会被烫到的缺点。
按此目的设计的一种手柄防烫结构，一种炊具手柄，包括防火圈、安装铁件和手柄，其特征在于所述安装铁件呈“U”形，安装铁件的两支臂固定在锅体上；所述手柄包括上握持部分及下挡板部分，所述上握持部分的一端呈“U”形结构并位于安装铁件的上方，所述下挡板部分的一端呈“U”形结构并位于安装铁件的下方，所述两防火圈分别套设在下挡板部分的“U”形结构的两支臂上，上握持部分、下挡板部分及安装铁件通过紧固件固定。
所述上握持部分的另一端呈“厂”字形结构，所述下挡板部分的另一端设有人手可以伸入的凹槽结构，所述凹槽结构的顶面与“厂”字形结构的水平面配合并通过紧固件固定。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点为：结构简单合理，安全可靠，无论锅具在大火上加热还是在小火上加热使用者均可直接使用手柄移动锅具。

下面将结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步的详述：
如图1、2，一种炊具手柄，包括防火圈4、安装铁件3和手柄，本实用新型特点是所述安装铁件3呈“U”形，安装铁件3的两支臂固定在锅体5上；所述手柄包括上握持部分1及下挡板部分2，所述上握持部分1的一端呈“U”形结构11并位于安装铁件3的上方，且该“U”形结构11的形状大小与安装铁件3的“U”形相同；所述下挡板部分2的一端呈“U”形结构21并位于安装铁件3的下方，且该“U”形结构21的形状大小与安装铁件3的“U”形相同；所述两防火圈4分别套设在下挡板部分2的“U”形结构21的两支臂上，上握持部分1、下挡板部分2及安装铁件3通过紧固件固定。工作时，下部挡板部分2主要是挡住火焰的对流和辐射对手柄温升的影响，上握持部分1的“U”形结构11及下挡板部分2的“U”形结构21的中间镂空部分主要是释放火焰辐射、对流所带来的热量，两防火圈4主要是减少火焰热量对手柄的直接影响，以及锅具热量对手柄的直接影响。
在本实施例中，所述上握持部分1的另一端呈“厂”字形结构12，所述下挡板部分2的另一端设有人手可以伸入的凹槽结构22，所述凹槽结构22的顶面与“厂”字形结构12的水平面配合并通过紧固件固定。

1.一种炊具手柄，包括防火圈（4）、安装铁件（3）和手柄，其特征在于所述安装铁件（3）呈“U”形，安装铁件（3）的两支臂固定在锅体（5）上；所述手柄包括上握持部分（1）及下挡板部分（2），所述上握持部分（1）的一端呈“U”形结构（11）并位于安装铁件（3）的上方，所述下挡板部分（2）的一端呈“U”形结构（21）并位于安装铁件（3）的下方，所述两防火圈（4）分别套设在下挡板部分（2）的“U”形结构（21）的两支臂上，上握持部分（1）、下挡板部分（2）及安装铁件（3）通过紧固件固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炊具手柄，其特征在于所述上握持部分（1）的另一端呈“厂”字形结构（12），所述下挡板部分（2）的另一端设有人手可以伸入的凹槽结构（22），所述凹槽结构（22）的顶面与“厂”字形结构（12）的水平面配合并通过紧固件固定。
