背景技术
现有的集成模组基板结构复杂、体积大、光线利用率低,随着LED产业的发展,对体积的大小、结构的工艺复杂程度,皆提出了更高的要求,各个公司都从各个方向去寻找生产体积更小、工艺更为简单、光线利用率更高的基板。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提出一种体积小、光线利用率高的新型铜基板。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:新型铜基板,其特征在于:包括基板本体,所述的基板本体一表面上设有凹槽杯,所述的凹槽杯内部表面设亮银镀层。
本实用新型的第一优选方案为,所述的凹槽杯为多个。
本实用新型的技术优势在于:采用带杯的铜基板,杯内镀亮银,将光测底反射出去,提高光线利用率。
