本实用新型涉及一种电子元件的定位装置、尤其适合于贴片类电感使用。
背景技术
贴片类电感由于具有小型化、贴装化、高品质、高能量储存和低电阻等等优点，应用越来越广泛，底壳作为电感的安装固定辅助件是必不可少的，现阶段的底壳包括壳罩和金属卡片，金属卡片固定在PCB板上后，穿过壳罩上的安装孔，作为引线接头使用。
在实际使用过程中，由于金属卡片和安装孔之间的固定强度不够，很容易出现松动现象，这样就会严重影响整块板卡的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服以上的不足，提供一种固定效果好的贴片类电感底壳以弥补现有技术之不足。
本实用新型为实现目的提供的方案是：贴片类电感底壳，包括壳罩和金属卡片，壳罩上有安装孔，金属卡片下有倒扣，其特征是：在金属卡片侧设置有辅助条。
所述的贴片类电感底壳，其特征是：金属卡片中部设置有镂空片。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：大大增强了壳罩的固定强度和平整度，使壳罩始终和金属卡片紧密结合，不会有任何的松动现象产生，保证了整个电子板卡的质量。

具体实施方式
实施例1：我们以一组扣件为例来说明，将金属卡片1和辅助条4的对准壳罩6的安装孔2插入，到止位时，倒扣3会扣住壳罩1底部，此时，金属卡片1和辅助条4会伸出安装孔2的上平面（镂空片5的上端也会超出这个平面），再用工装侧面打击辅助条4和镂空片5的上端，使上述两者的上端产生变形，倒扣在安装孔2的上平面上，从而完成固定任务。
实施例2：上述的实施例1同时利用金属卡片1和镂空片5的变形来完成固定，有时在无需更大的固定强度的时候，可以不设置镂空片5，只需要金属卡片1也可固定。使用方法相同。

1.贴片类电感底壳，包括壳罩和金属卡片，壳罩上有安装孔，金属卡片下有倒扣，其特征是：在金属卡片侧设置有辅助条。
2.如权利要求1所述的贴片类电感底壳，其特征是：金属卡片中部设置有镂空片。
