本实用新型涉及传送带领域,具体涉及的是一种弹性多楔带。解决了现有的弹性多楔带弹性差,耐磨性差的不足,提供一种弹性多楔带,它包括底胶层,强力层,粘合层,外覆层;所述强力层包埋在粘合层内,所形成的层位于外覆层和底胶层之间,与二者粘合连接,所述底胶层为带状,远离粘合层的一面为上表面,上表面均匀分布着梯形楔。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及传送带领域,具体涉及的是一种弹性多楔带。
背景技术
多楔带是指以平带为基体、内表面排布有等间距梯形楔的环形橡胶传动带,其工作面为楔的侧面。多楔带的优点是:多楔带与带轮的接触面积和摩擦力较大,载荷沿带宽的分布较均匀,因而传动能力更大;由于带体薄而轻、柔性好、结构合理,故工作应力小,可在较小的带轮上工作;多楔带还具有传动振动小、散热快、运转平稳、使用伸长小、传动比大和极限线速度高等特点,因而寿命更长;节能效果明显,传动效率高;传动紧凑,占据空间小。此外,多楔带的背面也能传动,而且可使用自动张力调整器,使传动更加安全、可靠。多楔带特别适用于结构要求紧凑、传动功率大的高速传动。主要特点如下:1.传动功率大,空间相同时比普通V带的传动功率的高30%。2.传动系统结构紧凑,在相同的传动功率情况下,传递装置所占空间比普通V带小25%。3.带体薄,富有柔软性,适应带轮直径小的传动,也适应高速传动,带速可达40m/s;振动小,发热少,运转平稳。4.耐热、耐油、耐磨,使用伸长小,寿命长。目前国内外的弹性多楔带通常采用仿形砂轮磨削成楔生产方式,生产时原材料消耗高、能耗大,多楔带在运转时易出现噪音大和楔部磨损现象。模压弹性多楔带技术是目前国际上最先进的一种生产方法,至今仍被少数发达国家所垄断。它具有生产工艺简捷、产品质量稳定、耗材少、生产成本低、污染少的诸多优点,故而成为该产品今后的发展趋势。
现有技术的多楔带一般分为粘合层,底胶层,强力层,底胶层为带有多个楔的结构。在制作过程中,如果远离底胶层的最外层需要带有花纹,就需要在制作过程中先套上丙纶布套,制作完成后撕去丙纶布套,这样的产品花纹不规则,耐磨性较差,而且容易残留丙纶纤维,造成产品的性能不稳定。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的弹性多楔带弹性差,耐磨性差的不足,本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种弹性多楔带。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:一种弹性多楔带,它包括底胶层,强力层,粘合层,外覆层;所述强力层包埋在粘合层内,所形成的层位于外覆层和底胶层之间,与二者粘合连接,所述底胶层为带状,远离粘合层的一面为上表面,上表面均匀分布着梯形楔。
所述强力层为由尼龙纤维均匀排布而成的。
所述外覆层远离粘合层的一面表面具有凹凸均匀的网格花纹橡胶。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型弹性多楔带设有外覆层,增加了多楔带的耐磨性能,外覆层表面带有均匀花纹,使得各部受力均匀,不会产生因为花纹不规律使得各部分受力有差异导致弹性多楔带容易断裂的问题。
本实用新型弹性多楔带设有由尼龙纤维均匀排布而成的强力层,强力层包埋在粘合层内,增加了弹性多楔带的强度和弹性,产品使用寿命更长。
本实用新型外覆层的制作是根据模具的型号选择合适的无缝钢管,加工到标准直径后,用间距为1.5mm的花纹滚刀对钢套表面深度为0.2mm深浅均匀的网格花纹,用三元乙丙混炼胶片在钢套上进行成型,成型厚薄必须均匀,再进行硫化切割。所以花纹均匀,并且可根据需要进行调整。

请参阅图1所示的本实用新型弹性多楔带的实施例,包括底胶层1,强力层2,粘合层3,外覆层4;所述强力层包埋在粘合层内,所形成的层位于外覆层和底胶层之间,与二者粘合连接,所述底胶层为带状,远离粘合层的一面为上表面,上表面均匀分布着梯形楔。
所述强力层为由尼龙纤维均匀排布而成的。
所述外覆层远离粘合层的一面表面具有凹凸均匀的网格花纹橡胶。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性多楔带,其特征在于:所述强力层为由尼龙纤维均匀排布而成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性多楔带,其特征在于:所述外覆层远离粘合层的一面表面具有凹凸均匀的网格花纹橡胶。
