本实用新型涉及带防水圈托辊。
背景技术
托辊是带式输送机的重要部件，种类多，数量大。它占了一台带式输送机总成本的35% ，承受了70%以上的阻力，因此托辊的质量尤为重要。托辊的作用是支撑输送带和物料重量。托辊运转必须灵活可靠。减少输送带同托辊的摩擦力，对占输送机总成本25%以上的输送带的寿命起着关键作用。目前的托辊要求具有防水的功能，但是托辊都没有设计防水结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带防水圈托辊，有效防止托辊内部进水，保证了托辊内部的部件不会出现生锈的现象，防水结构简单合理，制作成本低。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
带防水圈托辊，包括有轴、筒体，筒体与轴之间设有冲压轴承座，冲压轴承座与轴之间为轴承，轴承外侧设有相互匹配的迷宫式内密封圈、迷宫式外密封圈，迷宫式外密封圈外设有通盖，通盖外侧压置有防护罩，防水罩与通盖之间垫置有防水橡胶圈。
    所述的轴承与迷宫式内密封圈之间设有轴用挡圈。
本实用新型具有迷宫式内密封圈、迷宫式外密封圈以及防水橡胶圈，有效防止托辊内部进水，保证了托辊内部的部件不会出现生锈的现象，防水结构简单合理，制作成本低。
