背景技术
托辊是带式输送机的重要部件，种类多，数量大。它占了一台带式输送机总成本的35% ，承受了70%以上的阻力，因此托辊的质量尤为重要。托辊的作用是支撑输送带和物料重量。托辊运转必须灵活可靠。减少输送带同托辊的摩擦力，对占输送机总成本25%以上的输送带的寿命起着关键作用。目前的托辊要求具有防水的功能，但是托辊都没有设计防水结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种托辊的防水结构，有效防止托辊内部进水，保证了托辊内部的部件不会出现生锈的现象，防水结构简单合理，制作成本低。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
托辊的防水结构，包括有轴、筒体，所述筒体与轴之间设有冲压轴承座，冲压轴承座与轴之间为轴承，轴承外侧设有相互匹配的迷宫式内密封圈、迷宫式外密封圈，轴承的内侧与冲压轴承座内壁之间设有内密封环，迷宫式外密封圈外侧安装有防护罩。
    所述的轴上卡装有卡环，卡环压置于防护罩外侧壁。
本实用新型具有迷宫式内密封圈、迷宫式外密封圈以及内密封环，有效防止托辊内部进水，保证了托辊内部的部件不会出现生锈的现象，防水结构简单合理，制作成本低。

1.托辊的防水结构，包括有轴、筒体，其特征在于：所述筒体与轴之间设有冲压轴承座，冲压轴承座与轴之间为轴承，轴承外侧设有相互匹配的迷宫式内密封圈、迷宫式外密封圈，轴承的内侧与冲压轴承座内壁之间设有内密封环，迷宫式外密封圈外侧安装有防护罩。
