本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该教学用平行线画线辅助器由固定尺、吸盘、滑套、移动尺组成，两端底面分别设有吸盘的固定尺上面滑动套装着与其相适应的滑套，滑套上面连接固定着与固定尺垂直的移动尺。
使用时，通过吸盘将该装置吸附固定在黑板上，根据固定尺上面的刻度移动移动尺即可在黑板上画出符合间距要求的平行线。
