摩托车用蓄电池接线时,均是用螺丝固定正、负导线。紧固螺丝时,螺母很容易滑落到接线端子的底部:接线端子与塑盖之间的空隙1内,由于接线端子与塑盖之间的空隙1小,如图1所示,螺母不易取出,造成螺丝与螺母无法紧固在一起,只能从新找螺母替代,操作麻烦。

为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种摩托车用蓄电池塑盖,其是在塑盖与接线端子接近的位置有两个间隔距离的凸台,两凸台之间的间隔距离大于螺丝的直径,两凸台的高度使接线端子与塑盖之间的空隙小于螺母的厚度。
由于本实用新型在接线端子与塑盖之间增加了凸台,使接线端子与塑盖之间的空隙小于螺母的厚度,这样,在接线时,螺母就滑落不到接线端子与塑盖之间的空隙内了。本实用新型结构简单,能有效防止蓄电池接线时螺母滑落到接线端子与塑盖之间的空隙内的现象的发生,接线更加方便,提高了劳动效率。
