本实用新型公开了一种防尘罩模具，所述防尘罩模具包括上模（１）、下模（２）、模芯（３）以及该模芯的顶出装置（４）；当所述模芯（３）装于下模（２）上，且上模（１）扣在下模（２）上时，所述上模（１）、模芯（３）和下模（２）之间的空隙形成所述防尘罩（６）的模腔（５）。本实用新型防尘罩模具使用时不必取出模芯即能实现防尘罩脱模且方便防尘罩修边。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防尘罩模具。
背景技术
传统的防尘罩模具采用卧式结构，生产的防尘罩厚薄不均匀，产品合格率低，模具合模时，模芯容易嗑碰，开模时容易自锁，使模具损伤严重，导至模具使用寿命大大降低。另外采用卧式结构的防尘罩模具，在防尘罩脱模时需要先取出模芯，操作繁索，而且生产的防尘罩由于合模线是沿防尘罩纵向方向，对于防尘罩的修边带来不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种不必取出模芯即能实现防尘罩脱模且方便防尘罩修边的防尘罩模具。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型一种防尘罩模具，包括上模、下模、模芯以及该模芯的顶出装置；当所述模芯装于下模上，且上模扣在下模上时，所述上模、模芯和下模之间的空隙形成所述防尘罩的模腔。
采用上述结构的防尘罩模具，只要打开上模，同时启动模芯的顶出装置，则防尘罩就很容易取下，而不必把模芯全部取出；另外由于上模和下模的合模线位于防尘罩轴线的圆周上，防尘罩容易修边。

图１是本实用新型防尘罩模具模芯３装于下模２上，上模１扣在下模２上时的剖视结构示意图，上模１、模芯３和下模２之间的空隙形成了防尘罩的模腔４。
图2是图１所示防尘罩模具上模１、下模２和模芯３拆分结构示意图。
图３是本实用新型防尘罩模具防尘罩６脱模时上模１打开状态时的剖视结构示意图，上模１开启的同时顶出装置５把模芯３顶出离开下模２，此时防尘罩６很容易取下。

1. 一种防尘罩模具，其特征在于：所述防尘罩模具包括上模（１）、下模（２）、模芯（３）以及该模芯的顶出装置（４）；当所述模芯（３）装于下模（２）上，且上模（１）扣在下模（２）上时，所述上模（１）、模芯（３）和下模（２）之间的空隙形成所述防尘罩的模腔（５）。
