背景技术
   旋转动力由一个设备的输出轴对另一个设备的输入轴进行轴对轴直接传递时，这种轴对轴的连接是采用联轴器完成。各种工况不同，以及因为两个轴的轴线不能完全重合，联轴器在传递动力时需要补偿两轴的位置偏移和角度偏移，减轻振动等，所以现有联轴器的结构有多式多样，各有特点。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种效率高，适应性好，补偿能力强，噪音小，吸收震动冲击性能好，无需润滑，安装方便，综合性能好的联轴器。 
本实用新型由左半节1，右半节2，弹性连接盘3，连接螺栓4构成，弹性连接盘3由橡胶或聚氨酯材料制做的高强弹性圈31和左右连接环32a、32b 构成，左连接环32a和右连接环32b的外环部分33a、33b分别嵌入弹性圈31的左右两侧边缘31a、31b内与弹性圈31形成一体固定连接，在左半节1和右半节2的法兰盘11、21端面上开设有止口台10、20，弹性连接盘3的左右连接环32a、32b分别与止口台10、20配合，通过螺栓4与左半节法兰盘11和右半节法兰盘21固定连接。为了更加便于装卸，弹性连接盘3可以是制成对合的两半体式，即弹性连接盘3由对合的两半体组成。 
本实用新型适应性好，补偿能力强，对被连接轴的线位偏移和角位偏移弹性连接盘3均可以很好的给予补偿，而且吸收震动冲击性能好，传动噪音小，无需润滑，安装方便，综合性能好。在特殊场合使用时，弹性连接盘3遇高温或火灾时可发生断裂，使传动失效，达到高温或火灾断开保护作用。

本实用新型由左半节1，右半节2，弹性连接盘3，连接螺栓4构成，弹性连接盘3由橡胶或浇注聚氨酯材料制做的高强弹性圈31和左右连接环32a、32b 构成，左连接环32a和右连接环32b的外环部分33a、33b分别嵌入弹性圈31的左右两侧边缘31a、31b内与弹性圈31形成一体固定连接，在左半节1和右半节2的法兰盘11、21端面上开设有止口台10、20，弹性连接盘3的左右连接环32a、32b分别与止口台10、20配合，通过螺栓4与左半节法兰盘11和右半节法兰盘21固定连接。 
附图2、3所示，为了更加便于装卸，弹性连接盘3是制成对合的两半体式，即弹性连接盘3由对合的两半体组成。

1.高弹联轴器，其特征是由左半节(1)，右半节(2)，弹性连接盘(3)，连接螺栓(4)构成，弹性连接盘(3)由高强弹性圈(31)和左右连接环(32a、32b)构成，左连接环(32a)和右连接环(32b)的外环部分(33a、33b)分别嵌入弹性圈(31)的左右两侧边缘(31a、31b)内与弹性圈(31)形成一体固定连接，在左半节(1)和右半节(2)的法兰盘(11、21)端面上开设有止口台(10、20)，弹性连接盘(3)的左右连接环(32a、32b)分别与止口台(10、20)配合，通过螺栓(4)与左半节法兰盘(11)和右半节法兰盘(21)固定连接。
