背景技术
目前随着建筑工程水平的提高，对建筑施工的要求也日益提高，对钢筋工种供不应求。现有钢筋绑扎施工工具中，转钩与手柄均为固定单钩，机动性不够灵活，且还要用专门的定位尺定位，使用时非常不便。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于克服上述之不足，提供一种机动灵活，定位、使用方便的钢筋绑扎器。
本实用新型的目的是采用以下技术来实现的：一种可定位的双钩钢筋绑扎器，由手柄、钩座、定位尺组成，其特征在于：在手柄前端有一卡槽，卡槽内装有钩座，钩座端装有下弯钩，卡槽下钩座上有一调节螺丝，上弯钩通过连接杆固定在钩座上，手柄内装有定位尺。
本实用新型将手柄与弯钩活动连接，打开手柄抽出定位尺可以准确定位。本实用新型使用方便，。
本实用新型的显著效果：采用双头活动式弯钩，结构合理，制作工艺简单，拆装速度快，工效提高显著，降低了工人的劳动强度，携带方便。
