本发明涉及一种双层冰温库。
背景技术
冷藏时因食品后熟、腐败速度较快，不可能实食品的长期贮存；冷冻虽然能长期贮存食品，但由于食品的一部分细胞死亡，而且在解冻时出现汁液流失，不能保持食品的原有风味。
传统冷库送风是将冷风机吊装在库体顶部，冷风向前吹出，再由冷风机后部回风，温度在靠近冷风机送风中心位置较低，而在两侧较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双层冰温库。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种双层冰温库，包括外层保温库和内层保温库，所述的外层保温库中装有内层保温库，所述的内层保温库上设有蒸发器，所述的内层保温库四周设有回风口，所述的内层保温库中设有送风板。
所述的外层保温库上设有气调门。
本发明温度场非常均匀，没有死角产生，库内风速非常小，小的风速可以减小果品的干耗。

1. 一种双层冰温库，其特征在于：包括外层保温库（1）和内层保温库（2），所述的外层保温库（1）中装有内层保温库（2），所述的内层保温库（2）上设有蒸发器（3），所述的内层保温库（2）四周设有回风口（4），所述的内层保温库（2）中设有送风板（5）。
