本实用新型涉及一种试样设备，尤其与试样收集器有关。
背景技术
现有的试样收集方法通常是采用人工搬动单个盛样桶来完成的，存在着搬动频繁，试样容易混杂，劳动强度大，工作环境差，安全性不高等不足。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理、操作轻松方便、试样收集准确、工作环境好、安全可靠、自动化程度高的试样收集器。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的。试样收集器，包括机架，盛样桶，传动机构，上、下转动板，驱动减速电机，定位记忆限位装置及PLC控制电箱，机架由型钢和板材构成密封式机箱，传动机构一端与驱动减速电机连接，另一端与上、下转动板连接，盛样桶共有2—20只，每个盛样桶上设有桶盖,软连接及下料口，盛样桶、桶盖、软连接及下料口位于上、下转动板之间，密封式机箱上方设有进料口，驱动减速电机及定位记忆限位装置分别与PLC控制电箱连接。
所述的试样收集器，还包括桶盖挂钩，桶盖挂钩与上转动板活动连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：（一）是由于机架采用由型钢和板材构成的密封式机箱，大大改善了工作环境；（二）是由于盛样桶的定位通过驱动减速电机、定位记忆限位装置及PLC控制电箱实现，具有定位准确，操作轻松方便，安全可靠及自动化程度高等优点；（三）是由于盛样桶共有2—20只，可多次收集后一次装运，大大提高了工作效率；（四）是由于在上转动板上活动连接有桶盖挂钩，可将桶盖挂在桶盖挂钩上后，方便地将盛样桶取出。

如图1所示，试样收集器，包括机架1，盛样桶2，传动机构3，上、下转动板4，驱动减速电机5，定位记忆限位装置6，PLC控制电箱及桶盖挂钩11，机架1由型钢和板材构成密封式机箱，传动机构3一端与驱动减速电机5连接，另一端与上、下转动板4连接，盛样桶2共有6只，每个盛样桶2上设有桶盖7,软连接8及下料口9，盛样桶2、桶盖7、软连接8及下料口9位于上、下转动板4之间，密封式机箱上方设有进料口10，驱动减速电机5及定位记忆限位装置6分别与PLC控制电箱连接，桶盖挂钩11与上转动板4活动连接。

1.一种试样收集器，包括机架（1）及盛样桶（2），其特征在于：它还包括传动机构（3），上、下转动板（4），驱动减速电机（5），定位记忆限位装置（6）及PLC控制电箱，机架（1）由型钢和板材构成密封式机箱，传动机构（3）一端与驱动减速电机（5）连接，另一端与上、下转动板（4）连接，盛样桶（2）共有2—20只，每个盛样桶（2）上设有桶盖（7）、软连接(8)及下料口（9），盛样桶（2）、桶盖（7）、软连接(8)及下料口（9）位于上、下转动板（4）之间，密封式机箱上方设有进料口（10），驱动减速电机（5）及定位记忆限位装置（6）分别与PLC控制电箱连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的试样收集器，其特征在于：它还包括桶盖挂钩（11），桶盖挂钩（11）与上转动板（4）活动连接。
