背景技术
    支撑座作为支撑技术转向架的关键受力部件，其性能好质量对汽车的性能有很大影响，支撑座产品原为精密铸件，由于铸造工艺的固有局限，铸钢支撑座无法避免，气孔、疏松、夹杂、裂纹等缺陷，这些缺陷对支撑座部件的质量构成威胁，因此，在不能改变铸造工艺的前提下，需要修改支撑座本身的结构，使其能够克服铸造工艺方面造成的缺陷。

本实用新型提供一种结构简单、牢固，能有效克服铸造工艺缺陷的汽车用轴承支撑座。

一种汽车用轴承支撑座，包括支撑座本体，所述支撑座为单一材质铸造成的整体结构，所述支撑座的上端具有圆筒套，所述圆筒套的底部具有一圈法兰边，所述圆筒套的法兰边的相对位置具有缺口，所述圆筒套的底部相连有锥形管，所述锥形管的口部具有两个相对位置的卡口。
所述锥形管的内壁呈锥形。
本实用新型在支撑座的上下端设置不同直径的管套，方便安装，再在上端的圆筒套的底部设置法兰边，在法兰边上设置一对缺口，保证在安装时，卡口能牢固的卡接在工件上。
