背景技术
目前传统的大型车床在加工热轧钢管工件时，由于热轧钢管头部硬度较大难以加工，需要将一定长度的钢管切断，当加工热轧钢管直径较大时，切断的热轧钢管直接掉落在车床上，易导致车床损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于车床的吊钩装置，该装置结构合理，使用方便，确保切断的钢管不直接掉落在车床上，便于提高车床的使用寿命。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种用于车床的吊钩装置，包括支架、轴承，其特征在于：所述的支架下面焊接有台阶轴，台阶轴上通过两个轴承连接有转辊，台阶轴左端通过螺钉和垫圈将轴承固定在轴上。
本实用新型所述的台阶轴水平设置。
本实用新型结构合理，使用方便，确保切断的钢管不直接掉落在车床上，便于提高车床的使用寿命。

参照附图，一种用于车床的吊钩装置，包括支架5、轴承3，其特征在于：所述的支架5下面焊接有台阶轴6，台阶轴6上通过两个轴承3连接有转辊4，台阶轴6左端通过螺钉1和垫圈2将轴承3固定在轴上；所述的台阶轴6水平设置。
具体实施时，四爪卡盘8支撑炉辊7内孔左端，车床托架9托住炉辊7右端。本实用新型安装在葫芦上，转辊4部分伸入炉辊7内孔，切断刀将炉辊7废料切断后，掉在本实用新型的转辊4部分，不直接掉落在车床底部上，不会将车床砸坏，提高了车床的使用寿命。
