本实用新型公开了一种丝杠四柱起升全自动层压机,包括加热平台,该加热平台安装在架体上,还包括位于加热平台上部安装配合的上室;其中在所述的架体两侧按一定间距对称设置同步旋转的两组升降机构。因此,通过两组升降机构同步位移形成的四个平衡支撑点,保证了上室起升时的精度及平稳性,提高了层压组件的层压质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种新型太阳能电池组件层压机,具体说是一种丝杠四柱起升全自动层压机,可有效控制上室开启的稳定性。
背景技术
针对目前大面积、多组件层压机的不断推出,特别是涉及到层压机上室起升方式提出更高的要求。通常,多组件压机的上室的控制开启是在中部设置双柱升降油缸分别与所连接的上室连接。在实际应用中,由于机械传动方式的控制对上室进行起升,对起升精度及平稳性方面受到很大制约,最终会影响的层压组件的质量。
发明内容
鉴于上述的现状,本实用新型提供了一种丝杠四柱起升全自动层压机,通过机械传动多个对称平衡支撑点控制上室的稳定开启,保证了开启的精度及平稳性。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种丝杠四柱起升全自动层压机,包括加热平台,该加热平台安装在架体上,还包括位于加热平台上部安装配合的上室;其中在所述的架体两侧按一定间距对称设置同步旋转的两组升降机构。
因此,通过两组升降机构同步位移形成的四个平衡支撑点,保证了上室起升时的精度及平稳性,提高了层压组件的层压质量。
在本新型中,所涉及的升降机构,包括支架,和安装在支架内的丝杠起升器,该丝杠起升器的上部穿过与固定在上室连接件带有的螺母安装配合,位于上室引伸端的丝杠起升器上安装有压紧弹簧,丝杠起升器的下部与带有驱动的蜗轮蜗杆机构连接。通过蜗轮蜗杆机构将动力传递给丝杠起升器,控制丝杠起升器的双向转动,改变上室的位移方向。同时,上室合盖时,可通过压紧弹簧进行压力调节。
本新型中,还包括设有导向机构,所述的导向机构是在上室连接件的侧向设有导向轮,该导向轮与固定在架体上的滚轴导轨安装配合,可辅助提高丝杠起升器的强度。
总之,本新型提供的丝杠四柱起升全自动层压机,通过对层压机上室起升方式进行改变,使整个上室利用机械丝杠传动方式起升及下降,对起升精度及平稳性方面具有不可比拟的优势。另外对起升大面积上箱也有一定的优势。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图实施例对本新型作进一步地说明。
见图1至图4所示的丝杠四柱起升全自动层压机,包括加热平台15,该加热平台15安装在架体9上,还包括位于加热平台15上部安装配合的上室2。在所述的架体9两侧按一定间距对称设置同步旋转的两组升降机构,其组升降机构为四个平衡支点。本新型所涉及的升降机构,包括支架10,通过固定螺丝4与架体9连接固定,在所述支架10内安装有丝杠起升器3,所述的支架10为上下组合体,通过固定螺丝6连接,该丝杠起升器3的上部穿过与固定在上室2的连接件11上带有的螺母12安装配合,连接件11通过上室固定螺丝8连接在上室2上。位于上室2引伸端的丝杠起升器3上安装有压紧弹簧1,在位于压紧弹簧1上端的丝杠起升器上安装调节螺母13,用于上室2合盖时,可通过调节螺母13压紧弹簧进行压力调节。在丝杠起升器3的下部与带有驱动的蜗轮蜗杆机构14连接。在本实施例中,所述的蜗轮机构14与电机5连接,则在蜗杆机构14的两端安装伞齿轮与丝杠起升器3下部安装的伞齿轮连接配合。由于本新型采用了丝杠起升器3和该丝杠起升器3配置成为四个平衡点,提高了上室2起升时的精度及平稳性。在本实施例中,为增强丝杠起升器3的强度,并增设了导向机构。所述的导向机构是在上室2连接件11的侧向设有导向轮16,该导向轮16与固定在架体9上的滚轴导轨7安装配合。
层压机上室2升降时,通过蜗轮蜗杆机构14控制丝杠起升器3旋转,带动与之连接的上室的连接件11上的螺母12,举升上室2升降。当上室2合盖时可通过压紧弹簧1调节弹簧的张紧程度,从而调节上室2的向下压力。当电机5转动时,通过蜗杆结构14将动力传输至丝杠起升器3,并使丝杠起升器3同时转动。丝杠起升器3的转动带动上室2上下运动。滚轴导轨7用来保证上室2上下起升的平稳性。
在本新型中,所涉及的升降机构是采用的丝杠起升器结构方式之外,还可以是利用气/液缸起升器。即将丝杠改换成气/液缸,其安装方式及位置不发生改变。作用及使用功能完全一致。

1.一种丝杠四柱起升全自动层压机,包括加热平台,该加热平台安装在架体上,还包括位于加热平台上部安装配合的上室;其特征是,在所述的架体(9)两侧按一定间距对称设置同步旋转的两组升降机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丝杠四柱起升全自动层压机,其特征是,所述的升降机构,包括支架(10),和安装在支架(10)内的丝杠起升器(3),该丝杠起升器(3)的上部穿过与固定在上室连接件(11)带有的螺母(12)安装配合,位于上室引伸端的丝杠起升器(3)上安装有压紧弹簧(1),丝杠起升器(3)的下部与带有驱动的蜗轮蜗杆机构(14)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的丝杠四柱起升全自动层压机,其特征是,还包括导向机构;所述的导向机构是在上室连接件(11)的侧向设有导向轮(16),该导向轮(16)与固定在架体(9)上的滚轴导轨(7)安装配合。
