Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种自动切块流水线，其特征在于，在机架上横向设有第一输送带，在第一输送带的一端纵向设有第二输送带，在第二输送带的上方设有自动切块装置，在所述自动切块装置上设有气缸，在气缸上联接有压板，在压板的下方对应处设有网状刀片。通过以上设置，本实用新型在食品加工块状食品时，可自动对食品切块，且成型标准，降低了工人劳动强度，提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种食品加工用自动切块流水线。
背景技术
食品加工企业在生产中，食品切块用切块机人工操作切块，操作切块机需要四名工人，操作工劳动强度大、工作效率低，并且产品成型不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种生产过程自动切块，切块成型标准的自动切块流水线。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型在机架上横向设有第一输送带，在第一输送带的一端纵向设有第二输送带，所述第二输送带的上平面略低于第一输送带的上平面，在第二输送带的上方设有自动切块装置，所述自动切块装置与第一输送带相对应。在所述自动切块装置上设有气缸，在气缸上联接有压板，在压板的下方对应处设有网状刀片。
通过以上设置，本实用新型在食品加工块状食品时，可自动对食品切块，且成型标准，降低了工人劳动强度，提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本实用新型在机架1上横向设有第一输送带2，在第一输送带2的一端纵向设有第二输送带3，所述第二输送带3的上平面略低于第一输送带2的上平面，在第二输送带3的上方设有自动切块装置4，所述自动切块装置4与第一输送带2相对应。在所述自动切块装置4上设有气缸5，在气缸5上联接有压板6，在压板6的下方对应处设有网状刀片7。通过以上设置，当大块产品通过第一输送带2传送到自动切块装置4的网状刀片7的上方时，气缸5带动压板6下移，将大块产品挤向网状刀片7下方，通过网状刀片7将大块产品进行切割分块后，落到第二输送带3上，再由第二输送带3传送到下一道生产工序，实现高效率自动流水线生产的目的。

1.自动切块流水线，其特征在于：在机架上横向设有第一输送带，在第一输送带的一端纵向设有第二输送带，所述第二输送带的上平面略低于第一输送带的上平面，在第二输送带的上方设有自动切块装置，所述自动切块装置与第一输送带相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动切块流水线，其特征在于：在所述自动切块装置上设有气缸，在气缸上联接有压板，在压板的下方对应处设有网状刀片。
