本实用新型涉及一种理瓶、计数装瓶、装盖设备。
背景技术
传统的药品装瓶，需要较多的生产设备、耗材、人力和厂房。如一条瓶装生产线需要的设备有自动理瓶机、自动数粒机、压（旋）盖机、封口机、贴标机等。净化车间约20㎡，操作人员3人以上。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑，操作方便的理瓶、计数装瓶、装盖一体机。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种理瓶、计数装瓶、装盖一体机，其特征是：包括机架，机架上装送瓶花篮，沿送瓶花篮外周依次设置理瓶装置、电子计数装瓶装置、理盖装置及压盖或旋盖装置。
送瓶花篮、理瓶装置、电子计数装瓶装置、理盖装置及压盖或旋盖装置均与电气控制装置连接。
本实用新型的优点：（1）结构紧凑、操作方便、性能稳定；（2）适用范围广，对包装物品的形状、大小、颜色无要求；（3）生产过程自动化，生产过程控制智能化；（4）电子数粒机构装量装量任意设置；（5）可实现模块化设计；（6）清场拆卸方便；（7）对物料无磨损；（8）一台理瓶、计数装瓶、压（旋）盖一体机占地只要5㎡，一人操作。
本实用新型主要用于小固体颗粒物料如药品、保健品（片剂、平素片、软硬胶囊、糖衣片、丸剂、异形片等）的自动理瓶、按需要设置的定量计数装瓶、压（旋）盖。

具体实施方式
一种理瓶、计数装瓶、装盖一体机，包括机架（或机箱）1，机架上装送瓶花篮7，沿送瓶花篮外周依次设置理瓶装置2、电子计数装瓶装置3、理盖装置5及压盖或旋盖装置4。
送瓶花篮、理瓶装置、电子计数装瓶装置、理盖装置及压盖或旋盖装置均与电气控制装置6连接。
本实用新型的工作过程：
空瓶经理瓶装置2理成瓶口向上，通过落瓶轨道落入送瓶花盘7的瓶槽内，瓶槽内的瓶子经送瓶花盘输送到电子计数装瓶装置3下方，电子计数装瓶装置根据设置的灌装物装量自动计数装瓶。与此同时，理盖装置5自动理盖，理好的瓶盖通过落盖轨道输送到送瓶花盘上方的戴盖位置。装好物料的瓶子在送瓶花盘带动下，在向压（旋）盖位置传递过程中，在戴盖位置处瓶口自动套上瓶盖。送瓶花盘将套上瓶盖的瓶子继续向压（旋）盖位置传送，当瓶子到达压（旋）盖位置，压盖或旋盖装置4在驱动机构的驱动下，压盖或旋盖装置4进行压（旋）盖。压（旋）好瓶盖的瓶子在送瓶花盘带动下继续转动，当送瓶花盘转到机架1外侧时，瓶子掉入等瓶容器内或传递给下位设备。
当前一只装好物料的瓶子离开电子计数装瓶装置的装瓶位置后，下一只空瓶经送瓶花盘带动，即时自动补充到灌装位置进行定量计数装瓶，周而复始，机器正常运行。

1. 一种理瓶、计数装瓶、装盖一体机，其特征是：包括机架，机架上装送瓶花篮，沿送瓶花篮外周依次设置理瓶装置、电子计数装瓶装置、理盖装置及压盖或旋盖装置。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的理瓶、计数装瓶、装盖一体机，其特征是：送瓶花篮、理瓶装置、电子计数装瓶装置、理盖装置及压盖或旋盖装置均与电气控制装置连接。
