本实用新型涉及汽车后桥的纵臂。 
背景技术
纵臂扭转梁式半独立悬架是专为后轮而设计的一种悬架结构,它的结构型式非常简单,粗状的上下摆动式拖臂实现车轮与车身或车架的硬性连接,承载能力强。 
传统的后桥纵臂1通常采用管状结构,如图1所示。由于现有的扭转梁是圆柱形扭转横梁2,同时采用管状纵臂1和圆柱形扭转横梁2在焊接工艺上会存在一定的缺陷,同时对整个后桥的刚度和强度会产生不利的影响。传统的后桥纵臂焊接总成如图2所示。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种后桥纵臂,其适合于连接圆柱形扭转横梁,不影响整个后桥的刚度和强度。 
后桥纵臂的特点是,包括外侧件和内侧件,外侧件和内侧件为独立构件,二者焊接成后桥纵臂的呈厢式结构的本体,外侧件和内侧件之间焊接有加强板。 
后桥纵臂由内侧件和外侧件两部分组成,内侧件和外侧件相互固定连接形成内部中空的箱式结构,所述厢式结构有效解决了与横梁的焊接工艺问题,同时提高了整个后桥的刚度和强度,与已有的后桥纵臂一样,后桥纵臂的前部与车身衬套固定连接,其后部与车轮支架固定连接,并且所述后桥纵臂的内侧件分别还与弹簧盘支架和后桥横梁相互固定连接。除此之外,外侧件和内侧件之间的后部还焊接有加强板,提高了后桥车轮支架的强度。其结构简单实用、占用空间最小、制造成本低,市场前景广阔。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,后桥纵臂20包括外侧件23和内侧件21,外侧件23和内侧件21为独立构件,二者焊接成后桥纵臂20的呈厢式结构的本体,外侧件23和内侧件21之间通过加强板22焊接在一起。 
如图4所示,由于后桥纵臂20的本体呈厢式结构,因此后桥纵臂20与圆柱形扭转横梁30的焊接工艺不存在难度。并且提高了整个后桥的刚度和强度。

1.后桥纵臂,其特征在于,包括外侧件和内侧件,外侧件和内侧件为独立构件,二者焊接成后桥纵臂的呈厢式结构的本体,外侧件和内侧件之间焊接有加强板。
