背景技术
原有的电力电缆只具备输送电能的功效,而光纤复合低压电缆最大的特点是融合了光纤通信与电力传输的功能,集光纤和电力输配电缆于一身,避免二次布线,可有效降低施工、网络建设等费用。
中国实用新型专利说明书CN 201877192U公开了一种光纤复合电缆,包括光单元、两根导体、电缆外护套,所述导体外表包裹着绝缘层,所述光单元设于所述两根导体之间,所述电缆外护套包裹所述光单元和两根导体。此实用新型虽然实现了电缆通信和电力传输功能的复合,但是此电缆信号的传输容易受到外界杂质信号的干扰。
发明内容
本实用新型需呀解决的技术问题是提供一种能够很好屏蔽外界杂质信号的光纤复合电缆。
为解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型的光纤复合电缆包括光单元、导体、绝缘层和外皮,所述光单元设置在导体之间,所述导体外包裹绝缘层,所述绝缘层外包裹外皮,所述绝缘层与外皮之间设置有网状金属屏蔽层。
所述网状金属屏蔽层为网状铜导体。
采用上述结构后,绝缘层与外皮之间设置的采用网状铜导体的导电屏蔽层可以很好的屏蔽信号传输过程中来自电缆外杂质信号的干扰,提供了通信网络和广播电视等信号的传输质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的光纤复合电缆,包括光单元3、导体1、绝缘层2和外皮5,所述光单元3设置在导体1之间,导体1用于电力传输,光单元3用于信号传输,主要是用于通信网络和广播电视网的信号传输。所述导体1外包裹绝缘层2,所述绝缘层2外包裹外皮5,所述绝缘层2与外皮5之间设置有网状金属屏蔽层4,所述网状金属屏蔽层4可以有效的防止电缆中的传输信号被外界杂质信号所干扰。
所述网状金属屏蔽层4为网状铜导体。
当然,本实用新型的网状金属屏蔽层4也可以采用其他适用的网状金属导电层,这样的变换均落在本实用新型保护的范围之内。

1.一种光纤复合电缆,包括光单元、导体、绝缘层和外皮,所述光单元设置在导体之间,所述导体外包裹绝缘层,所述绝缘层外包裹外皮,其特征在于:所述绝缘层与外皮之间设置有网状金属屏蔽层。
2.按照权利要求1所述的光纤复合电缆,其特征在于:所述网状金属屏蔽层为网状铜导体。
