本实用新型涉及一种电缆,特别是一种电网、通信、广播电视三网通用的复合电缆。
背景技术
原有的电力电缆只具备输送电能的功效,而光纤复合低压电缆最大的特点是融合了光纤通信与电力传输的功能,集光纤和电力输配电缆于一身,避免二次布线,可有效降低施工、网络建设等费用。
但是现有的光纤复合电缆都缺少有效的屏蔽外界杂质信号的措施,这样在通信信号或者广播电视信号传输的过程中,信号会受到外界的干扰而导致接收端接收到的信号不理想。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够很好屏蔽电磁杂质信号的光纤复合电缆。
为解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型的光纤复合电缆包括光单元、导体、绝缘层和外皮,所述光单元设置在导体之间,所述导体外包裹绝缘层,所述绝缘层外包裹外皮,所述绝缘层与外皮之间设置有金属铝箔层,所述金属铝箔层将导体和光单元包裹。
所述光单元与导体之间用加强筋固定。
采用上述结构后,绝缘层与外皮之间的金属铝箔层可以有效的防止外界电磁信号对电缆内传输信号的干扰,有效的提高了信号的传输质量。光单元与导体之间的加强筋使得整个电缆的结构更加的坚固稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的光纤复合电缆,包括光单元3、导体1、绝缘层2和外皮4,所述光单元3设置在导体1之间,导体1用来做电力传输,光单元3用来传输通信和广播电视信号。所述导体1外包裹绝缘层2,这样导体1中的电力传输就不会对光单元信号传输产生影响。所述绝缘层2外包裹外皮4,外皮4可以很好的保护导体1和光单元3。所述绝缘层2与外皮4之间设置有金属铝箔层5,所述金属铝箔层5将导体1和光单元3包裹,这样金属铝箔层5可以很好的阻止外界的电磁信号对电缆内信号传输的干扰。
所述光单元3与导体1之间用加强筋6固定,这样使得电缆内光单元3和导体1的整体结构更加的稳定坚固。

1.一种光纤复合电缆,包括光单元、导体、绝缘层和外皮,所述光单元设置在导体之间,所述导体外包裹绝缘层,所述绝缘层外包裹外皮,其特征在于:所述绝缘层与外皮之间设置有金属铝箔层,所述金属铝箔层将导体和光单元包裹。
2.按照权利要求1所述光纤复合电缆,其特征在于:所述光单元与导体之间用加强筋固定。
