背景技术
对于电缆在不同场合使用都能够正常传输电能和正确传输信号是极其重要的,现有绝缘电缆稳定性和安全性差,屏蔽效果不好,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种同轴射频电缆,目的在于改善传统绝缘电缆的性能缺陷。
本实用新型包括三股绝缘导体,在所述绝缘导体外依次设置薄膜绕包层、镀锡铜丝编织层和聚氯乙烯护套层;所述绝缘导体包括镀锡铜丝线芯,在所述镀锡铜丝线芯外包裹聚乙烯绝缘层。
本实用新型20℃时导体电阻最大值为254Ω/km,70℃时绝缘电阻最小值为0.018MΩ·km。本实用新型解决了现有绝缘电缆稳定性和安全性差,屏蔽效果不好,使用寿命短的缺陷。本实用新型主要适用于野外线路、电器仪表、电讯广播、电子设备及自动化装置等屏蔽线路中。
