背景技术
传统的圆块孔式石墨换热器一般采用钢制筒体，当需要双向防腐时，一般采用钢筒体内衬聚丙烯、聚四氟乙烯等塑料。
钢衬塑料这种结构形式使用最广，但是塑料会因为高温或者压力等因素变形，从而导致破损，另外钢衬塑料如为非标准尺寸，必须用塑料板材焊接或者熔接，法兰必须制作成翻遍，这些都致使钢衬塑料的使用压力更低。

实用新型目的：本实用新型为了解决现有技术的不足，提供一种双防腐圆块孔式石墨换热器。
技术方案：一种双防腐圆块孔式石墨换热器，包括筒体、石墨换热块和上下两端的封头，所述筒体内外壁和所述封头内外表面均设有一层石墨防腐层，所示石墨防腐涂料层的厚度为所述筒体厚度的0.5-1倍。
