背景技术
传统的圆块孔式石墨换热器一般采用钢制筒体,当需要双向防腐时,一般采用钢筒体内衬聚丙烯、聚四氟乙烯等塑料。
钢衬塑料这种结构形式使用最广,但是塑料会因为高温或者压力等因素变形,从而导致破损,另外钢衬塑料如为非标准尺寸,必须用塑料板材焊接或者熔接,法兰必须制作成翻遍,这些都致使钢衬塑料的使用压力更低。

实用新型目的:本实用新型为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种双防腐圆块孔式石墨换热器。
技术方案:一种双防腐圆块孔式石墨换热器,包括筒体、石墨换热块和上下两端的封头,所述筒体内外壁和所述封头内外表面均设有一层石墨防腐层,所示石墨防腐涂料层的厚度为所述筒体厚度的0.5-1倍。
