多功能精馏塔
技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种多功能精馏塔,一种不但可以同时实现上塔和粗氩塔的功能,而且还能节能降耗,减少投资成本,属于能源类空气分离技术领域。
背景技术
随着我国工业的快速发展,钢铁冶炼、石油化工、煤化工、大化肥等企业对氧氩氮的需求急剧增加,用气和用液量也越来越大,从而带动精馏塔的向着大型及超大型化发展。精馏塔的塔径和高度是相互制约的,塔径的减小必然导致塔高的增加,而精馏塔塔径过大将导致塔内气液分布不均,以及安装、制造、运输等多方面的问题,高度过高将对冷箱在材料的选用、风载荷、安全性等方面提出了更高的要求,针对上述问题各个企业和研究人员研发了各种复杂的气液分布结构,这样不但增加了气液分布结构制作难度,而且还增加了生产成本,延长了生产周期。
目前,对于空分装置大塔径精馏塔的气体均匀分布主要通过气体分布器来实现,气体分布不均不但影响精馏塔的精馏效果,而且还增加精馏塔能耗。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种在不需要对上塔抽取氩馏分蒸汽的情况下,就能实现粗氩塔的正常运行,同时成功的解决了上塔氩馏分蒸汽进入粗氩塔的气体分布不均问题,还能降低塔高、节约成本的多功能精馏塔。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,它主要包括有一由上塔和下塔组成的精馏塔,一与精馏塔相连的粗氩塔,所述的上塔以氩馏分抽口为分割点分为上下两段,其中下段上塔与所述粗氩塔连接为一个塔体,而将上段上塔作为副塔并通过上升蒸汽管口与下段上塔相连;所述精馏塔的下部通过一液体分布器与下段上塔相连通,所述上段上塔通过回流液管口与所述液体分布器相连,并经过该液体分布器与下段上塔的下部相连通。
所述的粗氩塔通过一上锥体连接在下段上塔中并构成一个组合塔体;所述粗氩塔的进料气体分布为下段上塔的上升蒸汽自分布状态。
    本实用新型通过将粗氩塔作为下段上塔的副塔并设计成一个组合塔体,节约了材料,减少投资,与传统精馏塔相比,可以大大改善氩馏分蒸汽进入到粗氩塔中的初始分布,具有结构合理、运行稳定、节能降耗等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:图1为常规精馏塔结构原理示意图,它包括上塔11、粗氩塔12,具体工作过程如下:从上塔11氩馏分抽口抽取氩馏分蒸汽作为粗氩塔12的进料,粗氩塔12塔釜的液体作为氩馏分回流液回流到上塔11中。随着空分设备向着大型化发展,精馏塔的塔径和塔高也不断增大,冷箱的高度和精馏塔进气的分布均匀性成为急需解决的问题。
图2是本实用新型所述的多功能精馏塔的结构原理示意图,它主要包括有一由上塔和下塔组成的精馏塔,一与精馏塔相连的粗氩塔21,所述的上塔以氩馏分抽口为分割点分为上下两段,其中下段上塔22与所述粗氩塔21连接为一个组合塔体,而将上段上塔23作为副塔并通过上升蒸汽管口24与下段上塔22相连;所述粗氩塔21的下部通过一液体分布器25与下段上塔22相连通,所述上段上塔23通过回流液管口26与所述液体分布器25相连,并经过该液体分布器25与下段上塔22的下部相连通。
所述的粗氩塔21通过一上锥体27连接在下段上塔22中并构成一个组合塔体;所述粗氩塔21的进料气体分布为下段上塔22的上升蒸汽自分布状态。
    具体工作过程如下:下段上塔22底部的上升蒸汽与下流液体进行传热传质,在下段上塔22顶部(即粗氩塔21底部)达到氩馏分浓度,一部分氩馏分蒸汽在压力的作用下进入到粗氩塔21中参与精馏,另一部分氩馏分蒸汽通过上升蒸汽管口24进入到上段上塔23继续参与精馏。
本实用新型不需要从上塔抽取氩馏分,通过气体分布器再分布后进入到粗氩塔21中进行精馏,而是直接将下段上塔22和粗氩塔21连接为一个塔体,通过气体在塔体内的自分布使得氩馏分蒸汽进入到粗氩塔21中进行精馏,可以大大改善氩馏分蒸汽在粗氩塔中的分布情况,提高了粗氩塔的精馏效果,起到了节能降耗的效果,同时本实用新型将省去下段上塔22顶部和粗氩塔21底部两个封头以及粗氩塔21与上塔之间的连接管路,不但节约了材料,而且也降低了塔高,是一种高效节能、经济合理的精馏设备。

1.一种多功能精馏塔,它主要包括有一由上塔和下塔组成的精馏塔,一与精馏塔相连的粗氩塔,其特征在于所述的上塔以氩馏分抽口为分割点分为上下两段,其中下段上塔与所述粗氩塔连接为一个塔体,而将上段上塔作为副塔并通过上升蒸汽管口与下段上塔相连;所述精馏塔的下部通过一液体分布器与下段上塔相连通,所述上段上塔通过回流液管口与所述液体分布器相连,并经过该液体分布器与下段上塔的下部相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能精馏塔,其特征在于所述的粗氩塔通过一上锥体连接在下段上塔中并构成一个组合塔体;所述粗氩塔的进料气体分布为下段上塔的上升蒸汽自分布状态。
